About this property

BEAUTIFUL VILLA T2 SEASIDE POOL WIFI

I offer for rent a mini villa of 35 m2 with terrace. The residence has two swimming pools.
The property consists of a fully equipped kitchen (Ceramic hob, Microwave / Grill, Electric Oven, Dishwasher, Top Washing Machine, Combined Fridge / Freezer with drawers, Electric Coffee Maker, Tassimo Coffee Machine, kettle, ironing board and iron, as well as the kitchen/dining/cleaning equipment.
The living room includes a high-end RAPIDO sofa bed purchased in October 2024 that can be used as a bed for two people with its 18 cm mattress, a relaxation armchair / electric lift, a coffee table, a bookcase, a television and a desk area with free wifi access and USB charger socket.
The bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm X 200 cm bed, two bedside tables, a valet, a storage unit and a wardrobe.
As for the bathroom/WC you will find a bathtub with shower column, vanity unit and plenty of storage space.
The villa is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
Most devices are brand new (Purchased in February 2022).
You will also find on the swimming pool side, a tiled terrace equipped with a parasol, garden furniture for 4 / 6 people, 1 electric plancha and sun loungers and relax armchairs.
The villa is located in Santa Maria Poggio at the Domaine de Mélody, on a hiking trail.
The wooded park is fully enclosed: Access by secure gate by code. Vehicles are parked inside.
The adult and children's swimming pools are accessible free of charge from April to October. You will find many deckchairs to rest.
The estate is located 500 metres walk from the nearest beach Vanga Di l'Oru, 2 km from Moriani beach and its many shops as well as 27 km from Bastia - Poretta airport and 44 km from the Port of Bastia.
You will also find the marina of Taverna a few km away.
To help you with your activities, you will find some guides in the library. In addition, the Moriani tourist office will be able to guide you in the best possible way.
Upon your arrival you will be taken care of by a person who will do everything possible to make your stay pleasant (handing over the keys, visiting the villa and the estate...). The provision of towels, sheets and tea towels, are included in the rental price.
Mandatory cleaning: 60 € to be paid extra.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !Le logement est top, fonctionnel et super bien aménagé. La résidence est calme et bien entretenue. Superbe piscine.Je recommande!

Bon séjour

L'appartement est bien équipé et l'environnement très sympathique et calme avec la piscine. Point d'amélioration, le parasol dont une branche est passée à travers le tissus qui a un peut cuit (normal avec tout ce soleil ☀️) et la cafetière qui date un peu mais qui à le mérite d'être là. Nous avons apprécié aussi la clim car avec ces fortes chaleurs c'est appréciable pour bien dormir. Bien sûr la Corse à visiter toujours aussi belle, qu'il faut préserver à tout prix aussi bien pour son environnement que pour sa sécurité et ses traditions. Je recommande et merci pour la location.

Bonjour, Merci pour votre appréciation. J'apprécie vos remarque qui permettent d'améliorer au fur et à mesure la location. Je prends note des points à "améliorer" ! Si cela n'a pas été fait en cours de location je vais informer Nathalie afin qu'elle change le parasol pour les futurs vacanciers. Pour la cafetière, je la changerai lors de mon passage en fin de saison. Cela sera l'occasion d'en prendre un modèle plus récent pourquoi programmable avec verseuse isotherme ;-) Ravi que votre séjour se soit bien passé Peut être à une prochaine location Cordialement

Bonnes vacances !

L’appartement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. La piscine est juste en face, très pratique. Il y a plein de places de parking dans la résidence qui est sécurisée. L’appartement était propre à l’arrivée. Bref, location sérieuse, à recommander.

Vacanza veramente piacevole in una località tranquilla e deliziosa. Persone cortesi e disponibili.

Appartamento piccolo ma dotato di tutti i comfort, pulito e piacevolmente arredato, immersa nel verde con due belle piscine; Adatto ai nostri amici a quattro zampe.
