Excellent Location, Reasonably Priced, Comfortable Apartment for 2

We came to Davos to watch Spengler Cup hockey and this apartment was in an ideal location at a reasonable price for this...very walkable from train station to the apartment and then on to the ski areas and the arena. As others have noted, you can hear the late-night noise from the street...as this is located adjacent to various bars/nightclubs (and we were there over New Years Eve).

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten-alles in nächster Nähe... Leider hat es momentan gegenüber eine grosse Baustelle-von der aus ein grosser Lärm kommt...! Die Wohnung selber ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Leider ein wenig ringhörig, man hört die Dusche und Schritte der Nachbarn oberhalb... Wir haben uns aber trotzdem wohl gefühlt, die Verwaltung ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Zentral gelegene angenehme Wohnung

Sehr nette Vermieterin, unkomplizierter Kontakt, gut möblierte Wohnung. Im Sommer leider recht laut, da direkt an der Promenade gelegen. Dafür natürlich sehr zentral, Schatzalpbahn, Geschäfte, Restaurants um die Ecke.

Alles sehr schön wie beschrieben.

Sehrnette Kommunikation zur Vermieterin. Zentrale Lage des Appartements mit idealen Anschluss zu Ei kaufsmöglichkeiten, öffentlichem Verkehr und Skilifts. Wohnung liebevoll ausgerüstet mit ordentlichem Mobiliar. Küche klein und älter, aber zweckmäßig und vollständig (ohne Mikrowelle). Fenster schalldicht zur Straße. Hotelpool, Saune und Fitness nett. Kommen gerne wieder.

Super gemütliches Appartement in perfekter Lage

Meine Frau und ich hatten eine traumhafte Urlaubswoche in Davos! Herrlicher Sonnenschein und perfekte Pisten - Pulverschnee noch im März. Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei Personen mit Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer optimal. Sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet - man fühlt sich schnell wie zu Hause. Alles da, was man braucht, WLAN funktioniert auch sehr gut. Traumhafter Blick vom Wohnzimmer / Balkon über die Dächer der Stadt auf das Jakobshorn. Zentrale Lage im Ort, Frühstück kauft man in coop pronto im gleichen Haus unten. Viele Geschäfte ganz in der Nähe, zum Jakobshorn geht man zu Fuß, zur Parsenn mit dem Bus - Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Super nette und professionelle Betreuung der Vermieterin vor und während des Urlaubs! Wohnungsschlüssel und Tiefgaragenkarte bekommt man über einen Schlüsselsafe, den man einfach mit einem Code öffnen kann. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, wir kommen beim nächsten Urlaub in Davos sicher wieder hierher!

ich war total begeistert!

eine schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön mit Blick aufs Jacobshorn unverbaut! Das Personal an der Reception ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich werde nächstes Mal wieder meinen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung buchen!

What a stunning 10 day vacation

Dear Marion, thanks so much for having us in your apartment… we felt really comfortable and just like home. Everything is well equipped and the hotel staff was very friendly and service oriented. And in addition we had tons of Easter snow and excellent weather conditions, so we had a very relaxing and inspiring vacation time. We will for sure come back next year. Take care, JD

Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Am Wochenende leider durch die Bar im Nachbargebäude Lärmbelästigung in der Nacht.

Vielen Dank für diese Information Herr D., das kann ausnahmsweise in der Hauptferienzeit einmal passieren, dass Gäste die feiern auf dem Nachhauseweg nicht ganz leise sein. Allerdings sollte das nicht sein und ich gehe dem auf jeden Fall nach. Ich hoffe, sie haben den Aufenthalt trotzdem genossen - die Schneelage war dieses Jahr ja ganz besonders ergiebig.
