Studio très bien situé à proximité immédiate des commerces, très belle vue mer.Un store banne serait appréciable pour profiter davantage du balcon.Garage très petit et stationnement en extérieur qui peut être très compliqué en été.Un seul trousseau de clés , pas très pratique.

Très bon séjour malgré une météo pas terrible. Vue sublime. Petite surface mais très bien aménagée. Gérante immobilière très aimable et Pro.Merci Élise… 2, 3 choses à améliorer (faitout, grand couteau, sous plat) et surtout box voiture à agrandir ..en cours…

Conforme aux descriptifs, Studio très propre et très bien équipé. Avec nos deux filles, nous avons passé 13 jours de bonheurs, une belle vue face à la mer. Très bon qualité/prix. La copropriété est calme et surtout bien située proche des commerces, un large choix de restaurant aux alentours. Je dis un grand merci à Elise qui est hyper souriant, gentil et professionnel, ce qui a rendu notre séjour agréable. Bertin

Bel appartement lumineux avec terrasse et vue

Petit appartement en dernier étage, très bien isolé, rénové et réaménagé, avec jolie vue sur le port d’échouage et la plage de Pornichet. Bel espace extérieur très ensoleillé. Restaurants et commodités sur place, marché et centre ville à quelques minutes à pied. Très agréable emplacement de séjour.
