Wonderful apartment, wonderful enclosable balcony

Six of us - 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 grandchildren (8 & 6) - stayed 3 weeks (grandparents), joined by the others for 2 weeks. I found there is little choice of 3-bedroom apartments on the beachfront within easy walking distance of Av. de Gaulle; and none at this price. We extremely pleased with the apartment. Very well equipped, everything you could need in the kitchen. Great shower & hot water, comfortable beds, efficient double sliding doors give peace at night, sinks in both main bedrooms a welcome extra, small 3rd bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for the kids. But best feature is the balcony that can be enclosed with sliding doors (unique in La Baule!) . The weather during our stay was mixed, but still we ate only on the balcony. The long balcony along the side was ideal for the kids to play. Ideal location; close to beach restaurants. 7 min walk to the excellent market, same to Av. de Gaulle. South facing - perfect for summer midday shade (and winter sun). Large (new) TV in the one bedroom ideal for giving the kids a rest with a bit of Netflix. (I just plugged in my Chromecast device giving us access to my own streaming accounts. WiFI adequate for streaming: Speedtest gave 11 MB/s). Some confusion regarding provision of linen, etc.; price negotiated with concierge not the same as on the website (and the only time in 11 weeks in France we had to pay in cash!). If we (6) ever come back to La Baule, we hope this place will be available. Merci Janine.

Vue magnifique. Emplacement idéal.Parking très appréciable. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires.Néanmoins, appartement éprouvé et vieillissant. Notamment salle de douche avec moisissures et robinetterie rouillée entre autre. Appartement qui aurait besoin d'un gros rafraîchissement.

Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement. Le balcon avec la véranda est très sympa. Belle vue mer. Le parking est un plus à La Baule.

Vue sur la mer. Fonctionnel. Chambres doubles parfaites ainsi que la cuisine. Problème pour le Wifi. Le bac de la douche mériterait un petit coup de réparation pour l’évacuation. Sans voiture assez loin des commerces. Cependant l’accueil et l’emplacement sont parfaits

Magnifique vue sur la baie

C'est très central et bien situé juste en face de la plage. Le boulevard sur le remblai est plutôt bruyant dans la journée. Bien qu'au premier, l'appartement est silencieux lorsque les doubles fenêtres sont fermées. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement (2 couples + 1 bébé + 1 enfant 3 ans). Il y a juste la place de mettre nos deux lits bébé dans une chambre. Le ménage (sauf le ménage courant comme la vaisselle ou les poubelles) est inclus.

Excellent séjour et, en plus, il a fait très beau

Appartement très propre, lumineux, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Une asticieuse véranda sur le balcon permet si nécessaire de s'isoler du bruit et de prendre les petits déjeuners face à la plage, avec le magnifique spectacle des promeneurs à cheval en marée basse. Le marché de La Baule, très bien fourni en produits de la mer, est à environ 500m, de même que les deux principales avenues commerçantes.
