Adorable 2-person studio overlooking the basin and pool

For rent weekend, week, fortnight, studio of 28 m², furnished, with a view of the Arcachon basin and the swimming pool. Located on the 7th and last floor.

Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, fridge, senseo espresso machine
Bathroom with bathtub. Dressing room. Balcony of 5m².
Sleeps 140: Murphy bed.

Secure and fenced residence, in a park with private secure swimming pool of 21m x 15m. Private parking, bicycle garage, intercom and lift.
Direct access to local shops: supermarket, bakery, butcher, creamery, fishmonger, newspapers, laundromat etc…
Many restaurants in the area.

At the foot of the residence: cycle path (going to the Dune du Pilat) bordered by pedestrian access via the seafront laid out on the sand to the city centre and bus stop on demand for €1 throughout the city.
Located 2 km from the train station, 50 m from the port, 200 m from the sailing circle and beaches.

Golf, Horse riding, Hiking, Tennis, Swimming, Thalassotherapy, Fishing, Thermal baths, Casino, Cinemas, Discotheques, Leisure park, Sailing, Diving, Cycle paths, all water sports and games…

PLEASE NOTE: For July and August, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Excellent clean property, access to a great swimming pool, great view of the port and boats. Very close to the beach. Brilliant cycle paths making travel around Arcachon so easy, enjoyable with great sea views.

Sea view across the bay, close to the working fishing harbour

Just a 10 minute walk along a beautiful wooden beach path to the centre of Arcachon and the main beach A compact, tidy top floor studio with a balcony with room for chairs and table. Secure parking. A really good base. Be aware no Wi-Fi, but strong 4G signal.

Arcachon est une tres belle ville. Beaucoup de choses a découvrir dans la région. L'appartement tres bien place, fonctionnel au calme, une tres belle vue Danielle la propriétaire d'une grande gentillesse et bienveillance.

Arcachon en hiver

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, dans un studio tranquille, très propre et parfait pour des balades à pied ou à vélo, pas loin à pied du centre animé de la ville. La propriétaire est très sympathique et nous avons sympathisé rapidement. Cela donne envie de revenir.

Appartement très agréable, agencé avec goût et bien équipé. Le petit réduit dans l'entrée, aménagé en dressing, est ultra pratique. Bien orienté pour ne pas être trop chaud. Propriétaire charmante et à l'écoute. Commerces, plage, port de plaisance et centre-ville accessibles à pied. A recommander.
