Our flat is very well situated, 200m from the city center, with direct acces at the beach. It is located on the 4th floor with an elevator. Our flat has a balcony with table, 4 chairs and 2 deckchairs. The Bakery is direct in front of the residence. It is walking distance of all shops. It is situated between the Marina and the Casino. It is well secured, with a concierge.Quiet surrounding. Closed parking in the basement.

Un appartement à proximité du centre-ville, une place de parking en souterrain pour la voiture ... Tous les déplacements peuvent se faire à pied, en bus (pour la Dune du Pilat) ou en bateau (pour le Cap Ferret). Et Carina est toujours disponible !Semaine au top !

Apt propre emplacement parfait juste en face de la plage, nous avons passé un agréable séjour juste petit bémol beaucoup de passages le soir compliqué de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes et fourmis sur la terrasse. Propriétaire disponible et à l'écoute. Nous vous le conseillons.

Très bon séjour

Studio très propre et fonctionnel, résidence calme et bien entretenue également. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de rencontrer la propriétaire mais cette dernière a toujours répondu à nos questions par messages. Le gardien est sympa et disponible. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse qui est à l'abri du vent et la literie qui est très confortable nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Perfekter Kurzurlaub am Strand

Die Lage und Ausstattung des Appartements ist perfekt für einen Strandurlaub. Kurze Verbindungen zum Strand, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Bahnhof. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt. Ist unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.
