Amazing ocean views and a private heated pool for your family & friends to enjoy. Casa Coquina is Indian Rocks Beach's top vacation rental. This new and fresh single family home is perfect for your beach getaway. The beautiful private heated lap pool (10'x35') and spectacular ocean view rooftop deck will take your breath away. This home offers three king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one bedroom with two twin beds, a 5th bedroom/office, and a game area with a trundle day bed (sleeps 2). This modern property has 6 flat screen smart TVs, a lap pool with lounge ledge, an oversized kitchen, two indoor living rooms (main living room area seats 8-10, upstairs game area seats 6), an ocean view rooftop deck overlooking the beach below, and an outdoor BBQ dining/living area with ceiling fans and a TV for game day. The BBQ patio is a guest favorite for gatherings with family and friends. BBQ dining seats 12, BBQ living room seats 8-10.

The bright and clean neutral interior design will calm your senses. The oversized 10ft kitchen island provides ample space for entertaining. Each bedroom offers plush new mattresses, terry robes and lots of towels for your beach and pool activities. This single family home has AC throughout.

The amazing white beach is only 200ft away on a sandy trail, no roads to cross, no shoes required, and no worries about parking. Easy to run back to the house for snacks, drinks and bathroom breaks.

We have no hidden fees. The pool is heated to 86F and all amenities are included in the quoted nightly rate.

Bedroom/bed layout:
3 bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms.
1 bedroom/office with daybed/trundle - 2 twins - best for small adults or kids.
1 game area/reading room with daybed/trundle - 2 twins - best for small adults or kids.

The kitchen/dining room is well equipped and offers seating for 12.
Guests can enjoy an amazing sunset beach stroll to Indian Rocks Beach restaurants and bars.

The rooftop deck is a quiet place to relax and watch the sunset. Please note the property does not have an elevator and guests must climb stairs to get to all living areas. The property has a 3 car garage and additional parking for 2 regular sized cars in the driveway.

We had a wonderful time and our host Anna was the best. The house was just as it is pictured.The house is beautifully decorated, all the supplies you would need are stocked and it was very clean. The information given on the VRBO site was very accurate. We loved our stay here and my family is already asking if we can return here. There was a notebook with very clear instructions about the house and lots of suggestions on activities in the area. Easy shirt walkable distance to the beach and the Kooky Coconut a yummy place to get ice cream, drinks and lunch. Very walkable to many places to eat and shop.

Where do I begin? Our stay was awesome. Casa Coquina is absolutely wonderful. The house was well supplied to help you get started on your vacation. The neighborhood is quiet, the beach is a 5 minute walk, and lots of great restaurants nearby. If you like Cuban sandwiches…the Kooky Coconut is awesome! Beautiful sunsets can be viewed from the upper deck. Love!

The house was amazing. Just as listed The pool area and rooftop were top notch. House is well stocked with everything you need. 300 ft walkto beach access.Lots of parking available, which isn't always the case. The host was super responsive. Would definitely book again.

The only place I would want to stay in Indian Rocks

So tastefully furnished and decorated. Each bedroom having an en suite was awesome but the attention to detail in providing a great vacation was spot on. The pool!!! Hard to get the kids to go to the beach. Cleanest place we ever stayed BY FAR! Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else now. We have been spoiled

We had an amazing stay at Casa Coquina! The rooftop view was stunning and our daughters loved the pool! Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) is a small beach community easily accessible from Tampa International Airport (40 min away). It is located just south of famous Clearwater Beach, but offers a tranquil tropical atmosphere. There are a lot of activities for couples, friends and families to do come rain or shine. The sand is very soft and white, and the ocean is warm, turquoise and full of fish, dolphins, pelicans, rays and the occasional manatee. This is an amazing place to live and visit.

What makes this property unique

This single family residence is a two story building with a large rooftop deck overlooking the beach and ocean. With only steps from the beach and no busy streets to cross it is truly a beach lover's dream. Relax in the turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico, in the property's private large heated lap pool, or on the rooftop terrace with wide open ocean views. This property has ample amenities for 10 guests and will not disappoint.
