Experience Lake life at its BEST when you and your family stay at our beautiful 5-bedroom 4-bathroom vacation home on 1/2 an acre prepared for Multiple families with plenty of privacy. Our 2 story home offers room for 16 with two master suites, a bunk room that sleeps six, two guest bedrooms, a twin sofa sleeper and a twin rollaway. The home also offers a gourmet kitchen for the cooking enthusiast with great views of the lake, stainless steel appliances, slower cooker, rice maker, kitchen aid stand mixer, baking sheet w/cooling rack, double toaster, coffee maker, food processor, ninja blender, knife block and spice rack. For grilling we have 1 charcoal grill and 2 gas grills (2 upstairs 1 downstairs. For indoor entertainment play a game of foosball, dominos and board games in the game room or watch a movie on any of the Smart TVs throughout the house with free Wi-Fi . For outdoor entertainment enjoy passing time playing ping pong (under covered patio), Darts (under covered patio), corn hole, ring toss, jenga, checkers or horseshoe. You can sit and enjoy the view from the second floor 52ft x 12 ft open deck. If you’re in the mood to get wet, enjoy our 120 feet of private beach front sunbathing, fishing or you can paddle board and kayak on our crystal clear spring fed PRIVATE residential lake McCoy and in the evening you can relax by the fire pit with friends and family. So, Pack your bags and begin your journey to this private peaceful destination. We are Mark and Karla, We live in South FL and have been married for 25 years with 3 beautiful children. On December 2019 we experienced the tragic loss of our middle son in a car accident. We visited Lake Placid on May 2020 and feel in love with the peace we felt as a family and decided we needed our own place to go as a family and heal and create awesome memories. So we've poured our heart and soul into creating a homey warm, fun vacation home for every person and family to enjoy. We open our home and hearts to you and your family during your stay in Lake Placid.

We felt great peace and joy when we walked into this home. Our Key West style home sits on 1/2 an acre in a one way in one way out community. Our home offers 120ft of beach front on Crystal clear lake McCoy. Lake McCoy is rated #4 for Clear water in the state. We have a private dock to watch the sunrise and sunset. Our lake offers great fishing
What makes this property unique
The REEL McCoy is on lake McCoy a great lake for jetsking, tubing, paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. If your lucky you will see the Bald Eagle that flies over us occasionally along with the family of otters that lives in our lake. We also have owls bunnies, cranes and many other birds that travel through our property.
