THE SPACE:
This tastefully decorated condo is located in the Mammoth Ski & Racquet complex at 248 Mammoth Slopes Dr. in Mammoth Lakes. This homey 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo accommodates up to 6 people comfortably. We also have FREE Wifi, FREE cable and FREE coffee and tea. THE ENTIRE COMPLEX IS NON-SMOKING. Pets Welcome!

The complex has two hot tubs, a rec room with a pool table and video games, seasonal outdoor pool, tennis courts, horseshoe pits and a basketball court

GUEST ACCESS:
You will have exclusive access to the entire condo. The Pool, hot tubs, laundry and rec room are shared.

OTHER THINGS:
The condo is on the 3rd floor (first floor are the garages). There are 2 flights of stairs to get to the condo door.

Ski In/Out: The Village Ski Back Trail (viewable on Google maps) will bring you to the back door of the condo when snow coverage permits. If snow coverage is thin, you may have to remove your skis and walk down to the back door of the condo from the trail. Ski-out: When snow coverage is good, you can ski off-piste to the bottom of Chair 7.

**WARNING - The road heading up to the condo is steep. In the winter, snow tires, tire chains or 4 wheel drives are recommended during a storm. During the winter, keep a close eye on the weather and plan accordingly. Great Area for Skiing

Spacious condo- lots of room and super cozy. Also very close to Chair 7 and the lodge. Owner couldnt have been more helpful calling with road conditions(there was a crazy storm at the time) and overall had a really nice ski vacation.

Nice condo at a great location for skiers

Nice and clean condo, well decorated, comfortable beds, couch, fully stocked kitchen; even had games and sleds. Had shampoos and conditioners, but not soap or body wash, the latter could have been a one off for our stay or something to do with California regulations, bring your own just in case. Loved the ski back trail from Mammoth ski resort to the back of the condo.

Good place for Ski Getaway

We had a great stay at this condo for our ski trip. Everything was as listed and the few exchanges I had with the owners were promptly returned. The stay was great, just a warning if there is a lot of snow like this year, it is really only a ski-in type property as there is no way you are walking up to the trail. Also if you are a skier in your ski boots, walking down to the bus stop can be treacherous. We ended up driving everyday the very short distance to Canyon lifts.

Great week Spring Skiing in Mammoth

We went up for Spring Skiing in Mammoth for a week and stayed at the condo which is located at the Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club Condominiums. Everything was great. Ann went above and beyond (we had a storm coming in on our day driving up and she offered that we could get in the condo early if we wanted it due to the bad weather coming in). We did not make it up earlier than planned but it was a great start to our amazing week up in Mammoth. The condo has everything you'll need. Its clean, everything works, all great. Rooms were nice, beds were comfortable and we will definitely be back. We look forward staying at the condo again. Thanks again

I discovered Mammoth Lakes in the early 90's, skiing and backpacking there with my awesome sister! Life and work interfered for many years, keeping me away from the eastern Sierras, but in 2013 I convinced my husband a place in Mammoth would be a great family vacation 'home base.' And has it ever! Year-round fun and stunning scenery!......Boarding on powder days, working on my perpetually intermediate-level skiing on the other days, then hiking and backpacking when the snow is melted (I did the PCT in 2018). Whatever your reason for visiting Mammoth - snow sports, fishing, biking, hiking or just relaxing - I hope you enjoy it and our condo as much as we do!
