Mammoth 3 BD 2 BA Condo with Balcony, Patio - Pet Friendly

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1340 sf. end unit condo. Free shuttle to the Village Gondola (which takes you to Canyon Lodge) or Eagle Lodge. The free shuttle stops right out front of the condo and comes every 15 minutes during the ski season. No need to drive during your stay. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has bunk with a full and a twin. Also in the third bedroom there are two single bed mats that can be put on the floor and are perfect for kids. Upstairs there is a queen sofa bed. The spacious living room is furnished with couches and an entertainment center for your enjoyment. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with a gas stove and a full refrigerator. The property is just minutes away from all of best attractions, and guests are sure to are sure to enjoy having the whole home to themselves.

The property was perfect for family vaca. Nice living area for gathering together and bedrooms are separate downstairs. If you go in the summer bring fans for bedrooms, as they can get stuffy. We will definitely be back.

We stayed there for a bachelor weekend with 6 guys. Plenty of room, clean, nice views, walking distance to shuttle that takes you to Eagle Lodge. Had a great weekend. Heater works exceptionally well, had to turn it down.

Greg is very responsive and tried hard to accommodate our requests. We had a few hiccups but he was quick to help us fix things. Having a nice, dog friendly place to stay is a huge win in mammoth.

Beware! Summer 2026 - condo was not updated since 1980 except for some kitchen appliances and bathrooms. Microwave was unusable - above a basic refrigerator- no ice maker and rusty in parts of freezer. Main living room and the bathroom were missing screens - can’t open due to bugs/mosquitoes. BBQ on the large deck was dirty with chicken skin on the grill, a small table with broken tile. Stairs going up doesn’t have handrail on right side, half way to the wall - not safe for seniors or children. Btw, a vaccum cleaner with the canister filled 3/4 with dirt welcomed us at the top of the stairs. We left after 1 night. For the price, it’s unfortunate. Current reviews didn’t appear to reflect our experience.
