Les Patios de la Massane has everything it takes to win you over. Located a 250-meter walk from the sea and 800 metres from the resort centre, in a quiet residential area, it consists of a group of regionally-style buildings set within a 3-hectare wooded park featuring a swimming pool and tennis courts. Free parking is available all around the residence. The pool is supervised by a lifeguard during the summer months, and swimming lessons are available. Nearby, you’ll find numerous cafés, restaurants, shops, and markets.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the El Rio building in the Les Patios de La Massane complex, 250 m from the sea.
It has a floor area of 45 m² and includes two loggias. It was completely renovated in 2022.
