Brick Ground Floor Suite, 12 min to Liberty Univ.
Large daylight basement apartment in upscale neighborhood. Back yard of 1.5 acres of wooded trails. Your apartment has wifi access, 40" HDTV, blu ray disc player, full size pool table, microwave, laundry room. patio. All linens and towels provided. The bedroom is cool (but lots of extra blankets and heaters too if you need them). There can be some noise from the upstairs of the house, but we strive to keep things quiet for guests from 9PM to 6AM. Some basic kitchen utensils too. The apartment is about 900 square feet. One separate bedroom, but also two couches and other available single mattress too.

My wife and I have managed short term vacation properties in three states for over ten years, this is our latest property and we live on the upper floor.
Why they chose this property
This is a 4600 sf home and you get the bulk of the ground floor. We love to have guests of students, traveling nurses and workers, and families visiting our area.
What makes this property unique
We do not see any other houses in back or front of us, so the setting is green and peaceful.
