Newly Renovated Cozy Lake Cabin in Amenity Filled Community

This house is a newly renovated cabin and has everything ready for you to enjoy! Located in gated lake community filled with amenities, this home is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The open floor plan allows for constant interaction with friends and family.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, including a dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, and Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your entertaining needs including all cooking necessities (pots, pans, etc.), as well as serving dishes, utensils and glasses. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and is perfectly situated in the open living area.

This house includes free TV and internet as well as comfortable furniture. The house has central AC and heat - which is very rare for this community. We also have a small washer and dryer unit available on the property! There is also a back deck which has a brand new gas grill and plentiful table seating for amazing outdoor living.

The house has 3 bedrooms which sleeps a total of 6 people. There is a spacious queen bedroom on the 1st floor with a large closet. Then there are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, including 1 queen bedroom with gorgeous sky lights and a closet, 1 full bedroom with a large closet, and another large office. All bedrooms are furnished with cozy bedding (that matches throughout all bedrooms) and storage for all your clothes during your stay.

The house has 2 spacious full bathrooms - tub/shower on the 1st floor and another large walk-in shower on the 2nd floor. Each bathroom has open shelving for your toiletry's storage during your stay.

The house is less than a 5 minute walk to Beach 3 on the community's private lake and less than 10 minutes away from the brand new amenities lodge. Arrowhead Lake Community features 2 lakes, 3 pools, 4 beaches, basketball and tennis courts, boat rentals, playgrounds, and numerous activities at the amenities lodge.

Please Note: Once you’ve booked your stay with us, you’ll need to complete a brief rental application with Arrowhead Lake Community Association. We’ll submit the application for you and you’ll complete it directly via Arrowhead Lake Community Association’s website. (WINTER SEASON Sept 16 - May 14): The application includes: (1) Transaction Fee: $20 ($10 if application completed 5+ days prior to arrival). This fee is the Welcome Center's cost to process the rental & check you in upon your arrival. (2) Gate Card Fees: FIRST vehicles are $0, but $15 per vehicle for the 2nd vehicle and subsequent vehicles. The Gate Card allows 24 hours access to both entry gates into the private community as well as the welcome center and the community lodge. (3) Temporary Membership Fee: $2 per person, per day (ages 12 and over). This Temporary Membership includes a wristband that must be worn to attend events or use any amenities or common areas within the community. It allows access to the Beaches, Pools, Lodge, Events, Welcome Center Family Game Room, Gym, Lodge Billiards Room, Pavilions, Lakes, Playgrounds, Sports Courts, Trash Center, and all other common area of Arrowhead Lake Community.
(SUMMER SEASON May 15 - Sept. 15): $8 per person per day, $40 a week, $100 per month (1-6 months)

Great stay!

Great house in a great community! I stayed there with my family of 5 (kids 17, 14, and 12) and we had a great time. The house had everything we needed and the community has plenty to offer. The backyard and fire pits were great for s’mores and hanging out. The hosts were very accessible and pleasant to deal with. We will plan to be back and we definitely recommend.

Family mini vaca

My family really enjoyed our vacation. The house was clean and very well stocked with linens and towels.the house had all modern appliances and comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the beaches and pools. My 2 year old grandson had a blast finding frogs and feeding the deer that came into the backyard every day we were there. The people in the arrowhead community were very friendly and made us feel very welcome during our stay. Great times!

The owners were awesome & very helpful!! We’d happily come back. The house was very clean, central ac a plus! Very close to community amenities. July 4th weekend was busy but nice people round, very family friendly. It’s a beautiful atmosphere. Stairs are steep in house so bring baby gate if you have a toddler.

A Nice Place

We really enjoyed our stay here during our first trip to the Poconos! The house was clean and comfortable. When I needed to contact the host, he was helpful and he responded quickly each time. We had a good time swimming in the area pools, walking down to the lake, canoeing, and playing mini golf at Golf N Fun. The water pressure in both bathroom sinks isn’t great (no one’s fault), but it’s great in the showers. Also, there isn’t a surplus of silverware, so you may need to bring some from home.

The place is beautiful , my family and my self have a wonderful weekend.

The place was good the house was clean but the towels were with yellow stains, also de bed sheets were not neat. For me this ammenities are very important to be clean and neat when you spending money in renting a place to stay and sleep.however the kitcken was clean , Tv was ok.the back yard we really loved .we had a good time .

We came back for a second stay during the summer. Great location in the community by beach 3 with island pool not far either. We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard as well!

Perfect weekend getaway!

Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend getaway! When showing up to the community, there was a line out the door to check in. Waited about 20 minutes to finally get the gate key, but once we got it, everything was perfect from then on! The directions to the house were perfect. Room for 3 cars to park in the driveway. The house was so beautiful and cozy. Enough room for 3 couples. A large dining room table to enjoy dinner at. A fireplace to keep us warm. The beds were extremely comfy. The hosts had great communication throughout the whole booking/stay. They provided us guests with welcome baskets that included house hold items. Overall a 5/5 stay and would highly recommend!!

Lindsay such an amazing host. The house is amazing you have everything you wish for in it. The community is great as well with multiple swimming pools and beaches in the lake. The only hustle was to bring all the garbage to the trash center facility which is 7 minutes driving but I guess it’s a community rules.

Best House we ever stayed in

I've been renting in Arrowhead for about 20 years now and this is probably one of the best, if not the best houses we ever stayed in. Super clean, modern and has absolutely everything you need for your stay. The owners thought of and provided everything to make our stay more enjoyable.. from towels, to mouth wash to bug spray and bug repellent candles. I've never rented a house where the owners were so thoughtful and super responsive to any questions/concerns. The house is also located within a walking distance from the beach, which is a huge plus especially with kids. Definitely bookmarking this property and will be back for sure!

Cozy Getaway

This home is a beautiful, well maintained and cozy place to go away either for a weekend or longer. We were a group of 8 plus an infant and we all had very comfortable bedrooms. The kithchen and dining area were perfect for our entertaining. The back has a small deck with a grill plus lots of open space to sit by the fire pit. The weather was not in our favor but the property has lakes and playgrounds for children all around only minutes away..overall we had a great time given that we didn’t get to enjoy outdoor activities especially for the kids. Nonetheless I do recommend this home!
