Come on out to the ANF and enjoy everything it has to offer! Kayaking, hiking, mountain biking and the Kinzua Reservoir area are just a few things that make this area great!

A short drive into Warren Pa will take you to everything the city has to offer. Local breweries and eateries, storefronts, our areas amazing livery, ‘Allegheny Outfitters’, an indoor climbing gym and brand new outdoors store, ‘Pennwild Outdoors’.

This Beautiful Cottage is a Brand New Build that sits just 50 feet from the River’s Edge. Enjoy the Impressive Views from the Covered Deck or from inside looking out the sliding glass doors and wall of windows. The deck is fully equipped with 3 outdoor ceiling fans, pub style table and chairs, and propane grill. Hands down great spot for company & entertaining or for a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing getaway.

Sleeps 6 with 3 Bedrooms - 1 Full Bath, 1 Half Bath with Washer/Dryer units, Beautiful Hardwood Floors, Entry Foyer, Newly Furnished Living Room Area, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Custom Cabinetry and all New Appliances (Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Microwave, and Coffee Maker)

· Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, Flat Screen TV, and Linens are provided

· Second and third bedrooms are equipped with full beds and roku programmable smart tv’s

The Kitchen has all of the necessities for your cooking needs! The cabinets are custom and give that cozy cottage feel to this space. The kitchen counter extends to a breakfast bar with 6 bar stools stored underneath.

Right off the Kitchen is the Living Area – This space is inviting and the open floor plan makes it a great gathering area. Newly furnished with plenty of room. Equipped with WIFI. Flat Screen Smart TV. Beautiful Wood Stove nestled in the corner. Large sliding glass door with matching windows facing the out to the river. See the Bald Eagles glide along the river, watch Blue Heron, Canadian Geese and Ducks travel by. (Wood stove is off limits to guests)

The yard is well maintained and manicured with plenty of room for parking and yard games.

This property makes it easy to enjoy the river with its private launch for kayaking. Your hosts have provided a descriptive guide for your convenience to fill you in on all the great river activities, restaurants, hikes, and more in the area!

This is a wonderful property! Easy to get to the boat launch to kayak all day and it was great to be able to get out right at the house. The house was everything we wanted and more. It has a great porch to sit on and relax and plenty of space for our whole family.

River Relaxation

Very clean and comfortable with great access to the river for kayaking, the porch is fantastic for relaxing and taking in views of all the wildlife, from eagles to deer.

Beautiful Location and Home

We stayed at this property with family. The location was convenient to Warren and the spot on the river was absolutely stunning. Hosts were kind, communicative and accommodating. The home was clean and beautiful with SO MANY towels! Thank you! The perfect place to spend a long weekend.

Family trip

First family vacation in many years. Location was beautiful, clean, and met all our needs. We had campfires morning and evening. Firewood available right at the site, chairs, roasting forks, outdoor games for the grandson.. Plenty of parking, everyone had their own room.. Can’t wait to book again.

Fireflies by the River!

We trekked out from California to have some quality family time and give our children some magical moments with fireflies. It was absolutely beautiful and the property was meticulously maintained. The kids enjoyed finding little fish and crawdads in the river by day and chasing fireflies by night. Such a great property in a great location!

Peace and tranquility

Something for everyone. Large grassy area for the kids, large porch for us to watch from, right on the river for swimming, fishing, and boating. Everyone had a great time. Will definitely go back again

Ideal Getaway

River's Edge is a charming cottage in a very peaceful setting right on the Allegheny River. The hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming! The house had everything we needed. The kitchen is well appointed. The covered porch is a perfect place to relax or take advantage of the fire ring. Just perfect getaway!!!

RIVERFRONT!

Very nice property right on the Allegheny River! We saw several bald eagles land in trees right on the property. Well- appointed and clean, with a nice covered deck. Good communication from the owner. Within relatively short driving distance to parks and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

The Rivers Edge was perfect for my mom, my sister and me. My brother and sister-in-law were next door in John’s other rental. We were in the area for a celebration of life for my uncle. We had plenty of room. The house was so cozy. The views from the living room and deck are amazing. The fire pit, chairs and wood made it so easy and convenient to enjoy family time at the fire watching the river.

Comforts of Home

Wow ! ! The commendations were exquisite, everything you would need or want was made available. The scenery was gorgeous, sitting on the porch watching the canoes go down river and watching the wildlife enjoyed by all. We will definitely look forward to coming back. Two recommendations, handicap bars for the shower and a ramp for the porch. Thank you we enjoyed our stay.

Simply Mustangs Riverside Meetup

Wonderful time sitting by the fire and telling stories with friends. Kayaking on the river. Playing games. Cruising with our Ford Mustangs in Allegheny Park. John was a responsive host and thought of everything for our comfort. Cottage was very clean. Relaxing time had by all!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect little weekend getaway right on the river. It comfortably slept 3 couples, each couple had their own bedroom with at least a queen size bed. The cottage was clean, rustic, and cute. The views from the porch were fantastic and although the neighborhood is not the nicest or cleanest (trailers and a few not so well taken care of houses) it was very quiet and quaint. The grill and fire pit were very nice and firewood was supplied as well as plenty of cooking supplies, dishwater, and even condiments and seasonings. All in all, this place was the perfect spot for a quiet and relaxing getaway on the Allegheny River.

Our family loved this cottage, we made such great memories here! Everything was spotless clean. The bedding smelled nice and clean, and the whole cottage was nicely decorated and very homey. The owners are very accommodating and friendly. The neighbors are very friendly also. Everyone on the river lit up the sky with Fourth of July fireworks. What a display!! I truly hope we can come back again soon! Thank you John and Tammy for such a beautiful cottage!

Peaceful setting

The Allegheny was running high during our visit, and watching the water was more soothing than I could have imagined. It's a beautiful location in a small riverside community, superb for destressing.The house is well-appointed, lacked nothing, very clean, beds and LR furniture comfortable, heat/AC responsive. This is a rural location for outdoors people or destressing urbanites. Ok for seniors, 6-8 steps up to porch, easy parking. Great spot for exploring the national forest or the river. BTW, if you drive north to NY and Lake Erie, as we did for the eclipse, check out Portage Pies in Westfield, excellent.
