Nice home away from home

We had three staying at this home for three nights. We loved the ocean front view and the balcony was very spacious for a smaller condo. All of the furnishings and decorations were very nice. We would stay here again and recommended highly.

The viwe was very good. It was almost like you were right on the beach. You could hear the ocean from the balcony. The room was fairly clean. The host was a company so communications was more complex than dealing with an individual. But we were able to get our issues resolved.

We had to stay one more night

This first floor charming cozy beach condo offered the perfect quick getaway to end the summer for our family. Just steps away from the pool and the beach, it offered some fond memories. We enjoyed our time there so much we booked an extra night. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

Great, cozy condo right on the beach. Great size for our family of 4. The floor is a little wonky - uneven so one must watch their step. Couched have wear and tear and are very uncomfortable. Most paper products were provided but not coffee filters (that was a first). When we arrived, the screen door handle fell right off (picture taken) and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and has not been run. We had a wonderful stay. None of the little inconveniences above affected our stay at all.

Quiet Getaway

Loved this condo, perfect for our needs, ie on beach, private deck, nice pool area, safe location. Issues: one roll of TP in each bathroom & found 3 roaches during our stay.

Vacation on a budget

The entire structure was rather dilapidated. Gaps in the sub floor covered up by shiny new laminate flooring. The pool was closed. Looked like it had been for quite sometime. No one I could contact could offer an explanation for this. If you don’t want to spend a lot of money and you keep your expectations low, you might find this condo adequate

Thanksgiving Reunion

We were very disappointed in condition of the rental. It was not clean, not a well stocked kitchen and the entire place needed upkeep starting with the front door and needed painting on the inside too. I would not recommend this Vrbo to anyone because there are many other better options available.The only perfect part was the location. Being right on the beach was wonderful.

Fall Break vacation

Overall all pictures was as listed.Nice and clean overall. Only issues we had was: didn't have an ironing board we had to iron our clothes on the bed not many outlets with access close to bed to iron comfortably had to iron on the small bed in master room. Smoke detector kept going off by master bedroom becaue of steam from taking a shower even with vent on. Other than that great access to the beach great location for all attractions will recommend!

Direct beach access and a well loved condo.

Could tell the condo was popular based on wear and tear but how could it not be with a view like that and 5 steps and a walkway to the beach. Stocked enough for our stay but no extra trash bags or toilet paper. Could be a little cleaner. Beach closet has plenty of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys but no cart. We brought our own and it wasn't a far walk so it worked out. Bedrooms were clean and decorated nicely. Was also surprised to see a pack n play in the bedroom closet for smaller children. Overall a great experience.

Nice View of the ocean from baly

The only thing I felt was good, was the decor and ocean view. The hall bathroom drawers had hair in them. That told me bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. I slept on left side of mattress in the Queen bed room which sunk in and my back hurt in the morning because of no support. The bottom part of door into that same room rubbed up again the floor because the floor is uneven. It feels like a root of something is pushing up underneath floor. There is a also floor board that is separated from another board leaving indentation about 1” on the floor. A curtain blind was missing from the back patio window. I did not like I was not able to talk directly with the host like other places. This place was run by an Vacasa agency. I asked customer service if I could check in earlier than 4pm due to a attraction we had to be at by 5:30pm. I was told I would get a call if room was ready earlier. No call. I did not like paying over $300 a day for a room we could not check into earlier and was less than satisfactory. Also checking out at 10:00am seemed too early unless you wanted to pay $75 more money to check out later. I would rather go to a hotel where I can check in at 11:00am and call housekeeping to come right away to clean the bathroom or change rooms altogether.

Condo was just steps from the beach and parking lot. The unit shows signs of age and could have been cleaner. Rugs, floors, dining set were dirty.

Beautiful spot

This unit was just as described on line. My elderly parents stayed there. It was easy access only a few stairs to climb. Fabulous oceanfront. Very clean. Close to 17 for shopping and dining. Will stay there again.

Home Away From Home
