Beautiful, fully updated open floor plan family home. Recently renovate kitchen with all new top of the line appliances. Tennis court allows for perfect play space for children (bikes, roller skates and play dates). Fireplace in living room, lower level and fire pit in yard. Ten minute walk to Metro North and 45 minute ride to Mid Town Manhattan. Fully equipped lower level office (with fire place and floor-to-ceiling windows) or use as nanny quarters with private entrance. Living room has second fireplace. Roaring Brook school elementary school, Bell Middle School and Greeley High School. 4th bedroom has built in bunkbeds in addition to queen bed (which kids love for sleepovers). Available fully furnished with Dakota Jackson and Restoration hardware furnishings or unfurnished.
Master bathroom has Jacuzzi whirlpool and steam shower. Kid's bedrooms have Jack and Jill bathroom. 1.5 acre wonderful tree setting. Nice plantings. Very private and quiet. 2 car garage and big driveway to fit several cars.

Loved our visit to Chappaqua and this home. Communication with the owner was easy. The home provided plenty of space for our multigenerational family. We enjoyed the town of Chappaqua, visiting the farmers market, riding the train into NYC, and surrounding communities. Would definitely return and stay at this property again!

Beautiful rental in Chappaqua!

We have absolutely loved staying at Gary’s home. Everything is clean and in perfect condition. Our family was very comfortable in the renovated kitchen and the open family room with high ceilings was very inviting. My children loved the upstairs hot tub in the master bedroom, as well as the tennis courts. Gary was a pleasure to work with and answered any questions we had. He is very kind and we felt very at home in this space. The location is perfect - just near the center of Chappaqua.

A beautiful home in an idyllic setting

This is a beauty home with exquisite grounds. The house is very well appointed and we could not have wanted more. The owner, Gary, was responsive to any questions and it clearly important to him that we have a wonderful stay.

Great family home

Great family home and and great hosts. Also bonus tennis court where our kids took lessons with a private coach recommended by the hosts. The owners could not have been more responsive and kind. Lovely people. Highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

Chappaqua is an historic amazing town with wonderful restaurants and great schools. Very safe town with no crime. We are in a very nice neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. You can walk to town in less than 10 minutes. The house has a long driveway and is set back from the road and faces trees and is very private and quiet. Great hardcourt tennis court. Kids love our stone wishing well that is child proof. Beautiful mature trees and planting and a 150 year old Sycamore tree.
