 Please ensure all doors and windows are locked. 

Please leave the space as you found it, including removing any food items from the fridge and freezer. 
 

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest will follow all HOA rules provide in house rule book. The HOA laundry requires clothes in washer or dryer to be removed when the cycle is done.
The HOA BBQ must be cleaned after use.
The HOA needs trash disposed of and not to remain outside the unit's front door or in the planter.
