Wonderful small cottage next to in ground pool.Very private with everything one would need to make your stay seamless and comfortable.Michael and his wife are wonderful host ..We would definitely stay again...

The property was closer to a 3 star however the host’s response to the problems we encountered has brought the rating to 1 star. The beds & linens were comfy & plenty of bath towels, etc. There were no reviews so we knew we were taking our chances. The property is beautiful and the house reflects the period in which it was built. Problems: the host does not have eyes on the property so it is not being cleaned and maintained as it should. Dishwasher was full of black mold-unusable & dangerous. Kitchen sink tap is not affixed properly. We took pics & video & sent to the host. Bathroom pipe behind sink was leaking. Kitchen had stuck food & grease on counters & cupboards. Broken blind in Master bedroom. Can’t be closed properly so the room cannot be darkened for sleep. Patio & furniture completely neglected. Dirty, moldy, too many bugs & spiders. Master bedroom closets needed a deep clean. Dirt, dead spiders & very musty & dusty. Broken dining room chair back which we discovered by almost falling back when we used it. There is an iron. It can’t be plugged in because there are no sockets close enough. We had to buy an extension cord. No blow dryer provided. Really? In the end, the host was not willing to compensate us for tolerating these issues. She was unprofessional & ‘left the call’; hung up on a 3-way that she had agreed to have the Vrbo resolution team member & myself. Vrbo partially compensated us due to her lack of response & business etiquette.
