About this property

Waterfront! Dock available for rent at rear, kayaks and paddle board included!

This is your 4-bedroom dream villa for your vacation! The house is very well decorated and is luxurious in every way. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a meal for your family and friends. It even has a separate wine-fridge. What more do you want!
The dining room table is large enough to seat your group and in the living room, the seating is stylish and comfortable.

The Master bedroom has a King bed, and the Master bathroom could be one from a five-star hotel. It has a very large walk-in shower and a huge stand-alone tub. You will also find a half bath on the first floor.

On the second floor you will find the other three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a King and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The other two bedrooms both have a Queen and share a bathroom, also with a shower tub combination.

On the back porch there is a high top with chairs overlooking the Marina, so you can enjoy your drinks after an active day at the water. It also has a BBQ.
In the garage you will find two Kayaks and life vests which you can use during your stay. And, last but not least, there is a commercial icemaker in the garage. So, no worries about your catch staying fresh (or your beer staying cold). The house offers free WIFI.

If you bring a boat (we can accommodate boats up to 27 ft) you can rent a boat slip, which is located right behind the villa. This house has its own parking area across the street, so you can easily park your car and if necessary, your trailer(s).
The community has a nice swimming pool with a large pool deck, which is located just two doors down from this villa.

Very clean

The house was great! Very clean and fresh smelling when we arrived, the beds were very comfy. The house beautifully decorated and well cared for. Loved every thing about it except that we couldn’t stay longer. Close to King’s bay to swim with manatees and two minutes from Homosassa state park and other local parks. It’s a quiet and private location. I hope to rent again!

Good location, large space

This worked out well for my family, who came into Homosassa to attend our mother's memorial service. There is quite a bit of construction in that area, you can't really see it from the road. The stairs are a bit on the steep side, so if anyone has mobility issues, FYI. There is a master bedroom downstairs.

Great location

It’s located close to old Homosassa so you’re surrounded by beautiful and majestic oak trees and Spanish moss. You can easily walk to restaurants from the house. The house has everything you need to enjoy all that Florida has to offer.

Wonderful place in a great location. Very comfortable.

Property is conveniently located next to the state park. Property manager was responsive. Kayaks were available for use as well as a tandem bike. Overall a great experience. Housekeeping can be improved because there was dust in the bedroom and some items from previous guests but those were minor. I would stay there again for sure!

Great stay

This house was beautiful and had a beautiful outside view as well. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and listening to music while grilling. This house has everything you could possibly need while being away from home. The house is also huge. We had 3 couples so each couple even had their own bathroom which was nice. It's also in a great location. Highly recommend staying here!

TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort is a very special place especially for boat lovers and fishermen. All the luxury villa's do have a boat slip for rent. Our property is on the Homosassa River with direct acces to the Golf of Mexico (app. 20 mins.).
