Waterfront! Boat dock available for rent, pet friendly, families welcome!

This 4-bedroom villa is located on a dead-end street and is right on the canal. As you enter the house your will find a cozy breakfast nook on your right-hand side. The kitchen is well equipped and the connecting dining room area offers enough room to host your group. The living room has a comfortable couch and a large TV. This villa has free WIFI.
On the back porch is a nice dining set and a BBQ. A nice place to enjoy your drinks and watch the boats go out and come in to the Marina.
The Master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a King and its own TV. The Master bathroom has a double vanity, a walk-in shower and a bathtub. You will also find a half-bath on the first floor.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms. The second bedroom has a Queen and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom has a Queen and the fourth bedroom has two Twins and they share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This villa has a two-car garage. If you bring a boat (we can accommodate boats up to 26 ft) you can rent a boat slip, which is located behind your house.
The community has a nice swimming pool with a large deck and lounge chairs.

Great Location + Boat Slips

We have stayed at Tradewinds for years renting different houses for scalloping season! We always come with a group and several boats. Plenty of parking for cars, trucks, and trailers. This property was great considering the slips we got were right behind the house. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the home when we checked in and not being provided any extra towels! Would stay here again next time we come back!

Family trip

Nice spacious house for 4 couples and a baby. We rented a boat slip that was right outside our door. Plenty of cookware and comfortable furniture. We could reach the scallop grounds in about 30 minutes. We have stayed at Tradewinds previously and would return again.

This house is nice. The pictures match exactly. We enjoyed how big the house was and the ability to have our dogs there too. We rented a boat slip, which was right outside the back door. Very nice house- the community looks like not many people live there. It was quiet and we enjoyed our time. Perfect location for heading to the springs and the river. Thank you

Peaceful community

We enjoyed our stay. The HOA has strict rules which we found easy to Adhere to. Fishing off the dock was easy. We did this after the children had settled for The night. We enjoyed using the pool.

TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort is a very special place especially for boat lovers and fishermen. All the luxury villa's do have a boat slip for rent. Our property is on the Homosassa River with direct acces to the Golf of Mexico (app. 20 mins.).
