About this property

A adobe territorial stacked 1932 guest house with lots of Southwest character. 1450 SF Secluded amoung mature mesquite trees. Quiet. Private. While not 'new' the house displays lots of southwest character and scale. Exposed wood beams, thick walls and heavy style.
Large screen v, wireless intent, kitchen appliances, washer & dryer and great view out into nature. Keep your eyes open - a hawk or bobcat might just go by.
A great get away from the work / busy streets but within about 1 mile of 22 restaurants. Trader Joe's Whole Foods, Sprouts within about a mile. And lots of recommendations for free.
