This home features a spacious primary suite with Smart TV and private access to the patio and its spectacular views. In a separate wing are 2 guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom. Guest bedroom 2 has a Smart TV. The community has a pool and a tennis/pickleball court which are just steps away. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put all pool/mail/extra key back in wooden box in entry console
Please put mail key back in contractor box outside of front door
Adjust furnace temp to 80 degrees when cooling, 68 degrees when heating
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All travelers are required to provide government issued ID via email or Vrbo mailbox.

Our three grown children have also fallen in love with our new, spectacular home. We are an active and outdoorsy family and this location suits all of our recreational needs. We can't wait to share our special home with you!
