This home features a spacious primary suite with Smart TV and private access to the patio and its spectacular views. In a separate wing are 2 guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom. Guest bedroom 2 has a Smart TV. The community has a pool and a tennis/pickleball court which are just steps away. Endless outdoor activities such as golfing, hiking, biking and skiing are right out your door. Adjust furnace temp to 80 degrees when cooling, 68 degrees when heating
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Nothing short of amazing!

I can't say enough great things about Maria and her warm and welcoming home in the Foothills! For two months during a lot my transitions and changes for our family it was so nice to be able to call Maria's Vrbo our "home base." Super well stocked, clean, and the views from the patio were spectacular. Thank you!!!!

Beautiful spot!

This lovely house is in a quiet, convenient location very close to Sabino Canyon and within minutes to a good grocery store. It is nicely furnished, with a fabulous view of the Catalina Mountains. The kitchen is well equipped and we even had friends for dinner several times. We especially liked having a garage to keep our bikes in. Maria was quick to respond to any concerns we had and we look forward to returning next year!

stunning view and great home

Our stay was comfortable, relaxing and great. Home was perfect for what we wanted / needed. Kitchen was very well stocked and equipped. Bar B Q grill worked perfect. Lots of bright natural light in home. Home had everything you would need. Views of mountains was fantastic and provided mental therapy. With windows slightly open, early morning birds singing was a great wake up message. Would LOVE to stay again.

Tucson stay

We had a very pleasant stay at Maria & Steve’s property. Host was great & neighbors were friendly & helpful. Quiet & no barking dogs which was wonderful. Lots of birds. The home has lots of natural light & a very nice patio & beautiful view. The master bed was very comfortable & the bathroom was bright& spacious & nice size closet. Location was close to stunning Sabino canyon where we often hiked. Food, staff, & ambience at Gavi restaurant was great & could walk there. Lovely pool was warm & relaxing. We were unable to use the garage & had to park on the slanted driveway which proved to be inconvenient. Overall a nice experience.

We can't wait to share our special home with you!

From shopping and groceries to 9 amazing restaurants (including world famous El Charro within a 3 minute walk!) to recreating, this area has it all. No need to get in a car - all of these are within minutes of your front door.
