Fare Te Utuafare is a family home ideal for groups and family events with a capacity of 12 people (and more at an additional cost).



The accommodation has a beautiful outdoor space with trees and a nice swimming pool on the wooden deck that invites to relax in this green environment. Several areas with tables and chairs allow families and friends to gather and share unforgettable moments.



At the entrance of the villa you will find a large enclosed terrace with sofas, a table and chairs, as well as 3 single beds. A shower room and a toilet are located in the continuity of this room with a small space of relaxation and a pouf to devote itself to the reading.



From this terrace you can access the swimming pool, its deckchairs and its garden furniture under the pergola.



In the living room of the house, a sofa, an extra bed, poufs allow you to spend movie nights thanks to the large flat screen TV.



The wooden kitchen is open to the living room and is equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils. A table and chairs will allow you to have your meals. From the kitchen you can access the house's inner courtyard with a garden and a large covered terrace with plenty of tables and chairs to gather around.



The house is composed of 4 bedrooms all equipped with fans:



The first room is located between the living room and the kitchen and is furnished with a Queen-Size bed, a chest of drawers to store your personal belongings and a private access to the green bathroom.



You will access the master bedroom to the right of the living room. It has a Queen-Size bed, plenty of storage space and its own shower room with a large shower, sink and toilet.



The next two bedrooms share a shower room and a toilet and both have direct access to the terrace and the interior garden of the house. They are both equipped with Queen-Size beds and one of them has a desk and a flat screen TV.



A laundry room with a washing machine is at your disposal in the inner courtyard.
