To address a few of your points: Stairs & Building Access: Our listing description explicitly states that this is a top-floor walk-up without an elevator. We highlight this upfront so travelers with mobility concerns or heavy luggage can make an informed decision. Layout & Dining Setup: Our photo gallery clearly displays the condo's layout, including the kitchen counter seating with barstools rather than a standalone dining table. This design is intentional to maximize open living space and ocean views. Property Size: As an oceanfront condo, the floor plan is optimized for cozy beachfront living. Guests looking for expansive square footage, dedicated dining rooms, or sprawling layouts should consider renting a full-sized single-family house instead of a beachfront condominium. Amenities & Beach Gear: We do supply a fully equipped kitchen and we don't supply beach chairs as there is no storage. We also advise that you are responsible for your own beach towels.
