Frustrating to Deal With/Renter Beware

I booked 3 units for the 4th of July holiday week. The one unit was canceled twice, I was given misinformation on what was available after my properties were cancelled. I was told only certain units were available but that in fact was not true. The agent I dealt with the 3rd time was very helpful and found me a comparable unit.

Not recommended

I love Sea Colony but this unit was not worth the money I had to spend on it for the week. Upon arrival the couch had stains all over it. We did not sit on it once this week due to that. It was very uncomfortae for my two kids to only use the chairs all week. The blinds in the bedroom were not a tight shut and you could see inside at night. And worst of all the lights in both bathrooms went completely out six hours after we arrived and we had to spend the whole week showering and using the bathrooms in the dark. This is unacceptable for a unit that cost over 3k for the week and I will be contacting Vacasa corporate on Monday.

Will stay again!

We have been coming to Sea Colony for years and 808 was our favorite by far. We will definitely stay again. It is a beautiful open floor plan unit, lovely decor, fully stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms and an extremely comfortable bed. Our bonus was getting to see dolphins two days in a row from the balcony.
