Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 flat-screen TVs, 2 DVDs, Wifi. Plus, the owner is offering guests use of their private beach locker. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental home features carpet in bedrooms and den only. The remainder of the condo is tiled.

Beautiful Place

We had a wonderful time staying at 512 Island house. All of our rooms were great, and the kids loved the bunkbeds. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, all of the amenities at the Sea Colony really paid off. 512 Island House was fully stocked with anything and everything anyone could possibly need.

The property was as described from a layout/furniture perspective. My complaints/disappointment is mostly with the management company. Upon arrival the condo was not cleaned well. The dishes in dishwasher were still dirty, there were random clothes in the dryer, and the floors were very dirty. I have a crawler (1 year old) and his hands and legs were black with dirt by the time we put him down to bed that first night. The screen door was also broken. I submitted a ticket first thing in the morning and had to follow up 3 times. The screened door was fixed 3 days later and no communication on when/if it would be fixed, despite follow-up. The unit was never properly cleaned despite the complaint. Also, there was a booster seat available in the unit but it was disgustingly dirty. Finally, there was no blow dryer available in the unit which I would think is a very basic amenity

Sea Colony perfection

This is our favorite unit in Sea Colony East to date. It’s nicely renovated and has added space in just the right places. The kitchen was well-stocked (trash bags and dishwasher soap already there? Winner winner!), and being on the end of the building was nice and quiet. And there’s a drying rack on the balcony! Our only problems were missing king size sheets the first night and when we noticed that the dresser in the bunk bed room isn’t secured to the wall and was very easy to tip over (as discovered by our 6yo). Otherwise, it was just absolutely perfect for us! We have moved around to different units in the past, to try different buildings and see different setups, but we will be very tempted to come back!

Higher end appliances, pots/pans, dishes, silverware and glassware. Beds were VERY comfortable!! Outdoor/deck furniture was better than most at Sea Colony. The provided drying rack was clutch! Master shower was large. Only compliant is second bath tube was very high making it difficult to get in and out of at times. Great kitchen utensils provided. Wished there was a keypad instead of keys but now I’m just being picky. Smart tv. Large dining and living room space.

Great time

We are glad we found sea colony. It was a great stay and great for our family of 5 with 3 kids under 6. Pools well kept and pretty quiet and the beach was also well kept compared to other beaches I have been to. Great stay and would recommend over what I saw in other beach communities

Wonderful family vacation

We have been visiting Sea Colony for the past 5 years, and it’s one of our favorite vacations. This unit was well-stocked with kitchen supplies, clean, and comfortable. My kids loved the bunk beds. We always appreciate the many amenities at Sea Colony. It’s easy to take kids to the beach, to the pool and back up to the room quickly without hauling all of your stuff. We also love that the indoor pool is an option if it rains, but our weather was perfect. We will be back next year and consider the same unit.

Island heaven

Beautiful and comfortable condo. Exceptionally well stocked kitchen with everything need for cooking, storage etc. lots of books to read as well. Lovely decor, both bathrooms beautifully updated. All bedrooms very comfortable. Would definite rent this condo again. Thanks to the owners for making this a home away from home.
