I have stayed here before as it is perfect for seeing the sites of Granville old town. Close to everything you could want such as shops and restaurants, plenty of parking near the house if you drive.Patrice was very helpful and easy to contact if needed.

Ideal house in a great location

The house is in the ideal location, overlooks the port and easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Parking right outside. The house has all you could want for a pleasant stay. The host was easy to contact and was always available if you had any queries.

This is comfortable and cosy accomodation. Conveniently located for public transport and access to the old part of Granville. 20minute walk to train station. Hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive. We stayed 3 weeks while visiting family. Everything worked great.

Lovely Hosts

Patrice and Nathalie are very nice hosts and even drove us to the train station. Thank you! The stairway to the second floor is steep, but was fun for our daughter (14). Feels a bit like an old ship.

Die Unterkunft hat alles gehalten, was sie versprochen hat. Einzig die Info, dass wir für Bettwäsche und Endreinigung zusätzlich zahlen sollten (10 pP für Bettwäsche und Handtücher, 50 für die Endreinigung) überraschte uns am Anreisetag etwas. Hatten wir so nicht aus der Anzeige entnommen. Ansonsten war die Kommunikation, sowie Check In und Check Out super easy. Granville selbst ist einen Ausflugstag wert, hat viele schöne Ecken.

Sehr schöne FW über 3 Etagen im Hafenviertel. Für bis zu 4 Personen sehr gut geeignet, um die Innenstadt von Granville ohne Auto zu erkunden. Das Meer und der Sandstrand sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen und es gibt ein Meerwasserschwimmbecken. Öffentliche Parkplätze am Hafen sind leider in der Hauptsaison schwer zu bekommen. Am besten geht es noch abends, wenn die Tagesbesucher wieder wegfahren. Persönliche Übergabe der FW durch netten Vermieter. Gute Kommunikation auf Englisch. Allerdings werden noch eine Reinigungsgebühr (50 ) und Handtuchgebühren (pro Person 10 ) vor Ort in bar erhoben. Wir haben das nicht in der Beschreibung gefunden und waren deshalb überrascht. Ansonsten können wir die FW sehr empfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat einen besonderen Charme. Sie ist superzentral gelegen und die Küstenlandschaft von Granville ist einfach wunderschön. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und geben hilfreiche Hinweise für den Aufenthalt.

Notre séjour s’est parfaitement déroulé. Le gîte est charmant, propre, avec de belles vues sur le port et sur la ville haute. Beaucoup d amenagements en bois qui participe au charme du lieu. Depuis le gîte, tout se fait a pied, la plage du plat gousset en 5 minutes ! Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants. On s'imaginait dans un château dans la chambre cathédrale du 2eme étage ! Week end venteux 😁

Super week-end passé entre amis, malgré un temps très venteux, granville reste magnifique. Cette maison sur le port convient à tout point de vue pour se reposer ou découvrir la ville. Équipement et propreté au top, je recommande ce logement à 100 %.

Comme on peut le voir sur l'annonce, la maison est effectivement sur le port de Granville, le centre ville et la plage sont à 5mn à pied. Cette proximité et le fait de pouvoir tout faire à pied est en général un atout majeur qui plait beaucoup à nos locataires.

Magnifique séjour!

Week end entre amies pour visiter Granville et passer journée à Chausey. La maison est idéalement placée pour tout faire à pied (visite de Granville, embarcadère pour prendre le bateau). Nous avons été très bien accueillies et très bien conseillées par notre hôte. Merci encore pour le cadeau de bienvenue (les madeleines étaient très bonnes;-))

A découvrir absolument

nous ne connaissions pas cette partie de la baie du Mont Saint Michel, nous n'avons pas été déçu bien au contraire. La maison, en plus d'être bien située, est très agréable. Notre séjour est passé trop vite, nous reviendrons.
