A very pleasant stay

We were looking for a nice apartment overlooking the harbor and the tide and restaurants near by. This is exactly what we found. We enjoyed a very relaxing week in Granville. Expect to hear some happy conversations from the nice restaurant nextdoor when you open the windows. Also the terrace in the back is near the restaurants‘ ventilation. All in all a nice place to stay. The pictures of the apartment fit perfect to reality.

Logement très agréable, la vue sur le port est un atout très appréciable. La disposition des pièces permet une grande indépendance aux occupants.L’escalier est peut être un peu raide mais à 80 et 82 ans et en faisant attention nous avons réussi à y monter nos valises. Une petite remarque : vérifiez les ampoules, le plafonnier du séjour et l’éclairage de la terrasse ne fonctionnent pas. Nous avons passé une bien agréable semaine.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Es war einfach entspannend mit einer Tasse Kaffee auf der Fensterbank zu sitzen und dem Treiben in dem kleinen Hafen zuzusehen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es ist alles nötige vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Die Unterkunft liegt gut an den Häfen und nahe bei der Stadtmitte mit den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Umgebung ist vielgestaltig. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen 14tägigen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sie ist sehr gepflegt.Die Betreunung durch die Gastgeber ist angemessen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt

Appartement tres bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur le port. Nous sommes venues en train et nous n'avons eu aucun probleme pour venir de la gare, ni pour faire des courses ni pour se balader. L'interieur est bien aménagé, avec tout le confort.Petit bémol : la clim du restaurant d'à côté est vraiment tres forte et ne s'arrête que vers 23h (ce qui est au delà de ce qui est autorisé pour les decibels et pour les horaires), ce qui désagréable quand on est sur la terrasse.A part ça, super séjour !

Granville, port

L'appartement est idéalement situé, face au port, près de la ville haute et centre ville, près des restaurants. Place de parking face à l'appartement (du moins en saison basse). Deux choses qu'il faut réaliser concernant l'appartement, l'un est l'accès des chambres se faisant en traversant la chambre principale, l'autre étant la nuisance d'odeurs de cuisine due à la bouche d'aération du restaurant situé en dessous de l'appartement mal orientée. Le propriétaire a fait la demande de modification. Granville est très agréable, et à ne pas manquer: escapade à la journée sur les îles Chausey, et traversée du mont st michel avec guide. Très chouettes expériences.

Schöne Wohnung mit Hafenblick

Unser Aufenthalt in Granville war sehr schön. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut und ist originell geschnitten. Es war sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Auf der Terrasse riecht man abends leider den Abzug des Lokals im Nebenhaus. Dafür können die Vermieter aber natürlich nichts und ansonsten war auch alles schön. Kleine Bitte: das Hochbett sollte aus Sicherheitsgründen dringend an der Wand befestigt werden! Es wackelt doch sehr bei zwei Kindern. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
