About this property

Cozy bedroom in the heart of Rennes

The private room I rent has of course access to common areas such as the bathroom, toilet, living room, kitchen and balcony which are shared only with myself. My accommodation on the Vilaine is a 5-minute walk from the historic centre and public transport. You will appreciate it for the brightness, comfort, equipment. The kitchen open to a large living room is functional and friendly. My accommodation, equipped with fibre, is perfect for couples and solo travellers. It is close to all the necessary shops and the towpath, ideal for hikers and joggers:) Finally, the brand new bed brings even more comfort:)

Fabienne is a thoughtful host. She offers a clean, friendly space perfectly located for someone new to Rennes. She was exceptionally supportive. She assisted me to find the local amenities and ensured I could navigate the local metro. She also helped me practice my French language! It was a perfect start to my year in Rennes.
