Be sure to leave the parking passes, gate clicker and keys to the property on the kitchen counter upon departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests agree to complete a CA Assn of Realtors Lease form and pet questionnaire via DocuSign to complete their reservation.
Pets will be considered. Must complete a pet questionnaire for approval by landlord at a low rate.

Ideal location for attending Indian Wells BNP Paribas tennis tournament… not too far from downtown Palm Springs … Freedom Park for pickleball 3 miles away.

Huge Disappointment

I’d give an overall rating of two stars at best. One star for location, as it was quiet, and a second star for being conveniently located. That’s where it ends. Most cheaply decorated and uncomfortable VRBO we have everstayed in.
