Charming and ideally located house

Just returned from a wonderful 5 day break staying in Antoine's house located 5/7 minutes from Barfleur's pretty harbour. Antoine was the perfect host, promptly answering any queries we had before the visit. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with plenty of cookware, plates and glasses and everything a family would need for eating in (we actually preferred to eat out in one of the lovely little quayside restaurants). Our only minor issue was that although neither the provision of towels nor of bed linen was specifically mentioned in the English Listing Description, we had assumed that both would be included in our rental. On arrival we found that although bedlinen was provided, towels were not. Not a great issue as we bought some but hopefully this can be clarified in the Listing. Overall, we loved the house and Barfleur and would definitely return when an opportunity presents itself.

Maison très fonctionnelle et confortable. Sa proximité avec les plages et le centre ville la rend très attractive. Permet des vacances sans souci. Un petit bémol pour la terrasse trop pensée dans une fonction parking et pas assez dans une fonction détente et verdure. Et la securisation du pourtour pourrait être un peu améliorée pour éviter la sirtie non désirée d'un petit chien.

Barfleur très belle destination

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour Le gîte est idéalement situé, spacieux et calme tout en étant à 2 pas du magnifique port de Barfleur et de nombreux restaurants et boulangerie délicieuse. Nous avons pu garer aisément notre voiture dans la cour. Point de départ de belles randonnées pédestre et à vélo. À visiter! Le propriétaire Antoine et très réactif Bref tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour un excellent séjour !

2e séjour, toujours très agréable.

Une semaine de détente et de fêtes familiales. Barfleur choisie pour sa beauté et pour sa proximité avec la localisation de la maison de mon fils acquise en 2023 et en cours de renovation-transformation. Je suis une habituée du Cotentin et surtout du Val de Saire dont j'apprécie les paysages mer-campagne, les villages et petites villes pittoresques sans excès, la tranquillité. Un lieu idéal pour se reposer tant sur le plan physique que mental.

Sehr schönes, großes Haus, sehr netter Gastgeber

Das Haus liegt am Rand von Barfleur mit Blick über die Felder, und trotzdem ist man binnen Minuten am schmucken Hafen des Orts. Für zwei Leute war es sehr geräumig. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank, Antoine!

Très belles balades à la mer et la campagne

Excellent séjour

Très bon accueil de la part d'Antoine. La maison nous a immédiatement séduits par sa luminosité, son agencement et sa décoration sobre. Le gite est bien situé et au calme, de plus le port et les commerces sont accessibles à pieds. Location très agréable.
