Very relaxing! Unit had all and more of anything that was needed! Would suggest a vase for our gorgeous flowers from the farmer's market! Beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms are not on top of each other, giving each privacy. Did reach out to the manager that both tub/shower drains were not draining properly. She responded immediately! Thank you for a great home away from home.
Nice condo and location. Walking distance to trails, some shops and restaurants. Condo was comfortable. Condo has very few kitchen supplies such as pots and pans. Stove top was difficult to use. Dryer door requires the user to slam the door very hard in order for the dryer door latch to hold and use the dryer.

Thank you for your review! Please know there are new induction pots and pans in the unit that would please the most discerning chef! We have a newly installed washer and dryer, we apologize for any issues and hope to see you again soon for an even more amazing experience!!
Good overall. A few small things not working (garbage disposal, outdoor fan and light). Called Tuesday told they’d come Thursday, never showed. Property could use a few items to make it more homey, but nicely decorated. Upscale furnishings and appliances are nice.

Hello, thank you for the kind review, glad you felt it was nicely designed! Maintenance was out on Wednesday to take care of the fan and disposal
Warm Regards
We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful and clean. The balconies were amazing with great views, and we enjoyed the comfy couch on the main balcony. The area was great with a nice pool and easy/close beach access.
The communication with the property management company was great as we had to change condos, and work around some painting. The staff was quick to reach out and accommodate as needed, and kept us informed throughout it all, so we were very pleased!
We stayed during Hurricane Helene, and the community was great, even coming to our door to let us know we needed to move our car to higher ground. Everything held up nicely and we were back on the beach the next day!
I’d say our only suggestion is different blinds or curtains in the second bedroom as the current ones are see through at night.
But we would absolutely stay again!
Rented this condo for 2 weeks, upon arrival greeted by ants, fan on lanai burnt out, tub in bathroom wouldn’t drain, filter for ac unit was propped up by bottle of floor cleaner, and main bathroom was tiny, not “spa like”. Contacted Breakaway Vacation (management company), would send over maintenance, which they did, fixed what they could. Put in Walmart box fan for lanai, left ac unit as is. The icing on the cake was they started construction on the complex the second week, and we were the only ones there. Kim and her team said they had no idea this was happening, a management company not knowing about construction. My husband spent the 2nd week on the phone, at her office, what an enjoyable vacation, her response was always she was unaware, yet when we looked back at reviews the lanai fan was reported in June we were there in late July, her response she doesn’t read all the reviews, really. She would switch us to another condo however it wasn’t Gulf front who wants to move on vacation. After much arguing she relented and refunded us 4 nights but rounded down to her favor, a deliberate insult. Do not rent from BREAKAWAY VACATION, there are too many other good, reputable companies to choose from. What a sad representation of SANIBEL, Kim and her team don’t care once they have their money. We took pictures of everything will contact BBB and hopefully they will be able to contact owners of this condo, I’m sure they don’t know how Kim and her team operate, whatever happened to do the right thing. I’m sure this will not be posted but we will be back to SANIBEL just not with BREAKAWAY VACATION. Renters beware. We will be very leery of using VRBO IN THE FUTURE. Only as good as the owner.
The condo was as advertised. The location on the beach, made for a short trip to the beach daily. The condo was equipped with everything needed. Many restaurants and stores to visit. Perfect vacation!
Pros
1. Excellent view of the beach. We really love watching the dolphins feeding just offshore.
2. High quality furnishings and appliances.
3. Responsive property manager, Kim rapidly supplied a few items that the unit needed.
Cons
1. Kitchen cooking pots and pans. There are plenty of pots and pans, but the cooktop is an electric induction cooktop. About half of the pots and pans won’t work on an induction cooktop so that’s frustrating and needs to corrected.
2. The unit is described as having a Bose surround sound system. Well, there is a Bose subwoofer and couple of jewelbox speakers and then another speaker in front, but the system won’t work. There’s no amplifier to drive the system, there’s no DVD player and the subwoofer doesn’t even have any wires going to it. This system needs to be completed.
Wheelchair accessible???
I’m a 70 year old paraplegic. I spend most of the time in a wheelchair but I can get up and go short distances in a walker. Before renting the unit I sent the property manager a list of questions. They were kind enough to measure the doorway widths and answer questions about furniture spacing and clearances. A summary list of obstacles is:
1. Front door threshold is low enough to get over with a short hop wheelie in the wheelchair.
2. The bathroom doorways are tight, but my wheelchair will get in with about half an inch clearance. There is NO maneuvering room in either bathroom for a wheelchair, it’s straight in and back out. I used my walker for all bathroom maneuvers.
3. The master bathroom shower is NOT a roll-in. It has a high curb to step over. Again, the only way for me to use it is in my walker.
4. I know it’s popular now to have high beds, but the transfer from wheelchair to the bed is not possible. Maybe, if you had an assistant that could stand you up you might be able to safely get on the bed. Again, I used my walker.
5. The curb going out to the lanai (screened porch) is about 2 inches high and I got pretty good jumping it with a well timed hop wheelie.
6. The kitchen is very easy to get around in with a wheelchair. As is typical the microwave and all above counter cabinets are not reachable in a wheelchair. Again, I used my walker.
7. There is not a grab bar in the whole unit. For a condominium to be listed as wheelchair accessible but not have any grab bars is kind of contradictory. A couple of well placed grab bars in the master bathroom shower would be useful.
