Please note when booking through VRBO: the price calculator only shows what is due to VRBO. Sanibel Holiday requires an applied deposit of 20% of the base rent rate plus all rent taxes plus the non-refundable $50 reservation fee which totals $55.75 with the required Florida taxes. This totaled amount will be charged by Sanibel Holiday to the credit card provided. Your final payment amount is collected by SH and will be reduced by this charged amount. This is one of 168 units at one of Sanibel’s largest condo communities, just a short distance from the Sanibel Causeway and the many shops and restaurants on Periwinkle Way. Loggerhead Cay #273 is able to accommodate a party of 6 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This unit also features a full kitchen and has a partial water view over the courtyard on the screened-in lanai. The owner provides beach equipment for your convenience. Loggerhead Cay complex amenities include: a community heated pool, gas grills, shuffleboard, tennis court, and direct access to the beach. This condo is dog friendly (25 pounds or less & 1 dog per property) with a non-refundable fee. This is a non-smoking property.
