Holiday home with its own boat trailer in the harbor village of Rheinsberg

Spend the best time of the year in our lovingly furnished holiday home for year-round use. Relax and unwind on approx. 80 m², spread over 2 floors with living / dining room and open kitchen on the ground floor.
Our holiday home has two separate bedrooms and a spacious shower room with window on the upper floor. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.
There is an additional guest toilet on the ground floor.
On the water side you will find a large balcony and a sun terrace with its own boat dock (approx. 9.0 m long). The boat trailer is available free of charge for the duration of your stay.
You can enjoy your vacation days with a glass of wine in the beach chair on the terrace by the water or in the house by the fireplace.
You can prepare delicious grilled dishes on a charcoal grill fireplace at any time.
The living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with shutters and insect protection.
A car parking space and a bike rack is located directly at the house.

Schöner und erholsamenr Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren sehr gut und die Lage am Wasser ist perfekt. Wenn man Ruhe, Natur und Erholung sucht, kann ich es gerne empfehlen. Man ist schnell in Rheinsberg, wo es Supermärkte, einen guten Metzger, Bäckerei und sehr gute Restauranrs gibt.

Wunderschön

Wir haben ein paar Tage im September in der Ferienwohnung von Herrn Romann verbringen dürfen. Das Häuschen ist schön groß. Es ist wunderbar eingerichtet. Es hat alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber auch zentral genug. Wir konnten ein paar schöne Fahrradtouren machen und die Zeit auf der Terrasse genießen. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub

Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus wunderschöne 10 Tage verbracht. Die Lage im Hafendorf ist toll, ringsum herrliche Natur. Im Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht, und bei der Kommunikation mit Herrn Romann blieben keine Wünsche offen. Im Ganzen sehr zu empfehlen😊

Absolut empfehlenswert ...

... sowohl die Unterkunft als auch der Vermieter und die Umgebung. Das Haus erwartete uns in einem sehr gepflegten und liebevoll eingerichteten Zustand, von der Lage mal ganz abgesehen (direkter Blick auf das Wasser). Der Kontakt mit Herrn Romann war sehr angegenehm. Schon im Vorfeld konnten wir vieles telefonisch und per Mail klären, die persönliche Übergabe der Schlüssel und das Gespräch mit ihm bestätigte den sehr positiven Eindruck. Von hier aus kann man Rheinsberg zu Fuß oder über Wasserwege erkunden, man ist schnell in Neuruppin und auch Berlin ist nicht weit entfernt ... der Urlaub tat uns allen sehr gut und wir freuen uns wiederzukommen.

Perfektes Feriendomizil

Das Hafendorf ist eine ruhige und freundliche Ferienanlage, geprägt von Diskretion und Rücksichtnahme, ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungstouren in die Umgebung auf dem Land- und auf dem Wasserweg. Das Haus von Uwe Romann bietet dabei nicht nur wegen des eigenen Anlegers die perfekten Voraussetzungen für gelungene Familienferien: Es ist geschmackvoll und mit allem Wünschenswerten und Bequemen eingerichtet, was zum erholsamen Urlaub für Selbstversorger notwendig ist. Küche und Bad sind, wie auch Wohn-, Ess- und Schlafzimmer, top ausgestattet und komfortabel. Die Terrasse direkt am Wasser ist nicht nur beim Frühstück im Sonnenschein ein Vergnügen, sie lädt auch dazu ein, einfach mal einen Tag lang nur dazusitzen und das dolce far niente zu genießen. Die nette Einrichtung ermöglicht behagliche Stunden auch bei Wind und Regen, neben TV und Wifi ist auch Lektüre für verschiedene Lese-Bedürfnisse ebenso vorhanden wie eine hübsche Auswahl an Spielen für Kind und Kegel. Dazu kommt die unkomplizierte, freundliche und kompetente Abwicklung aller Formalitäten durch Herrn Romann. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben die Zeit am Kanal sehr genossen. Das Hafendorf selbst war auch sehr schön, aber es fehlte uns eine Möglichkeit, um Kleinigkeiten einzukaufen, wie z.B. Brötchen. Ausserdem war die Schrankenanlage dauerhaft defekt, was die Aus- und Einfahrt mit dem Auto erschwerte. Aber alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen.

Ferien im Hafen

Der Eindruck der Anzeige wurde vom Eindruck vor Ort voll erfüllt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgerüstet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Bis zum Ort ist es nicht weit. Check In / Out liefen sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermiter war ebenfalls problemlos. Danke für alles - vielleicht kommen wir wieder.
