Fully equipped studio for rent on the first floor, newly renovated in early 2022, right next to the beach. NIGHTLY OR MONTHLY RENTALS.

Close to all amenities, including restaurants and a convenience store. All you have to do is unpack your bags and enjoy your stay.

One private parking space available.

The apartment is located at the back of the building, so it’s free from noise disturbances; you can enjoy its peaceful 19 m² patio for meals.
