This space is historic and beautiful. Enjoy modern amenities complete with full kitchen equipment, Keurig Coffee Maker, towels, games and more! Located on a corner block on Main St, you'll love the quiet and serenity this loft has to offer.

Accessing is easy. You'll be able to self check-in. Instructions will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your stay. NOTE: This is a true loft space and there are 27 stairs to access the front door.

Short but sweet

What an amazing place to stay. It was the perfect location to the casino and downtown. Blocks from eating, shopping and enjoy an evening out. No reason to drive when the walk and area is beautiful. They are next door to the police station so parking and stay was worry free. Will definitely be coming back and excited to tell all my friends.

Great experiencing the flavor of Denison!

Loft was such a great experience and what a terrific first impression of renting a space other than a Hotel. We made memories with family and new friends in the fantastic Main Street. Loft was comfortable and peqceful and loved the decor! Brandy and staff are amazing!

Love this loft

This was my second time to stay at this loft. It is one of my very favorite places to stay. The parking is well lit and it’s next to the police station so I feel safe traveling alone. Host is always available. When I travel to the area, this is the first listing I check to see if it is available.

Neat/Clean Loft Apartment

This is a renovated loft style apartment off the main area of Denison. They have done a great job of creating a modern, comfortable space while keeping all the details of the old building that make it special. It was clean with very comfortable beds. It was very quiet at night and we slept well. All of the appliances we used worked perfectly. Plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware were provided (though a cheese grader would be nice). If our kid ends up going to Austin College, we will definitely stay here again to visit them. A few things to note: It's near the police station and they tested some car sirens in the morning around 6 am (didn't last long). They are currently completely redoing the utilities and road in front of the property. The café under the apartment is currently closed but should reopen when the construction is done. Once this is all completed, it will be a really wonderful experience.

Downtown Denison and concert

The loft was perfect. The location was wonderful. Within walking distance of restaurants, antique shops and the Railroad museum ( a must See) The loft was decorated so nicely and really clean. We spend time at the music on main and loved it. Will be coming back next summer.

Ambiance galore!

We loved the old building that has been made new! Beautifully done with thoughtful amenities. The water flow in the bath is kind of slow but old building, old pipes so no big deal. It was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night.

Amazing!

This loft property is beautifully appointed with impeccable attention to detail. We loved the way the old building has been brought back to life. It was also nice to be able to walk safely from the location as we explored the renovations happening along Main Street. My only regret is that we weren’t able to enjoy it for another day!

Great place! Would have been better if phone number was listed upon confirmation.

Manager ran out of gas and only changed sheets there were no wash rags and the hamper was gull of previous renters dirty towels. We forgave that because the place is so awesome!!!
