Great experience

We stayed in town for a family weekend and this place was great. It was super clean, comfortable and Ruby was a great host. It couldn't have been a better experience. I highly recommend this place!

Austin College Homecoming Weekend

We had a great stay. It is a very comfortable home. My only suggestion would be to have a sectional large enough to accommodate all the guests in the living room and maybe a coffee maker that made a pot of coffee:).

I have extra chairs and bench to accommodate 6 guests comfortably. The coffee maker is for single cup, so everyone can make their own coffee to their liking. Hope that helps explain why I have the sofa and the coffee maker the way they are!"

Great House

Ruby made sure our stay was great. Everything is provided for you. It was a great location , as we attended a softball tournament for the weekend. We would stay again in this home and maybe we will have more time to visit the different areas of Denison TX.

Modern, clean and large

The house was so large, it has two separate TV areas. Very clean and walkable to downtown. We appreciated the the stocked shampoo, laundry det, water and snacks. Loved the balcony patio for coffee and evenings. Would stay here again. Ruby was so responsive and a great host.

House was clean inside and out. Nicely stocked with all of the basic necessities. Nice quiet neighborhood close to the depot and downtown (to us). Ruby is amazing to work with!!! If we visit Denison again in the future we will definitely see if this place is available.

A Gem

This home was perfect! My uncle couldn’t walk stairs but there was a bedroom perfect for him. Nice clean and beautiful! Ruby was very attentive. I highly recommend.

Clean and Convenient

New house, super close to Main Street, stores, and restaurants. House was super clean. Had ample towels and extra blankets. Ruby was a fantastic host and made check-in/out easy! She has local brochures and recommendations for you on an entryway table. Very helpful! We didn’t know we were in Denison on a festival weekend, but because we saw the brochures right away, it made for easy planning. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed for our weekend getaway. My husband and I will definitely be back!
