This cottage is located on a quiet dead end street in the center of Sylvan Beach, with access to the canal at the end of the street. Its walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, beach, casino, amusement park, stores, laundromat and playground. Great town to ride bicycles. After a day of enjoying the surrounding area, you can relax on the deck. You can fish and dock your boat on the canal for free. We have off street parking for 2 cars.

Great cottage, great location

The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location is perfect a few minutes walk to the Pancake House restaurant and the canal walking path.

The place is really exactly as the pictures show- it’s a great spot! We actually ran into the owner in the neighborhood and she was so sweet!

Summertime Fun

We stayed at an up to date and clean house that was in a great walking location to downtown Sylvan Beach. The air conditioners and fans worked great. This was our first VRBO and from the experience I would do it again. I would also stay here again as well.

Lovely home, perfectly situated!

Close enough to walk to all the restaurants but far enough away to have some privacy. Updated and very clean! We would definitely stay here again.
