Awesome location and beautiful home

Another great stay!

This was our third time staying at the Life Lodge over Christmas and our stay was wonderful once again! The location is amazing--right on top of a huge (sledding) hill about 5 minutes away from Smuggler's Notch. The house is spacious and clean with an incredible kitchen for cooking family meals and very comfy beds. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic views!

The house was perfect for extended family for a wedding weekend. The layout was great- everything you need to have a great Vt experience. Can’t say enough about the views! Picture perfect!

wonderful house on lots of land

We were very happy with the house which provided ample room for our group. The sledding/skiing hill out front was fabulous, and the land out back was perfect for snowshoeing. The drive to Smugglers Notch ski area was less than 10 minutes. The kitchen was well-stocked with staples. The beds were comfortable. The caretaker was friendly, but not intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Surpassed our expectations!

We just concluded our stay at this beautiful mountain home and could not have been happier! Chris was super responsive ahead of time--answering a handful of questions I had and even purchasing a lobster pot for the house when I asked about one!--and the house was exactly what we were hoping for. It is a secluded cabin on the top of an incredible (sledding) hill--but less than 10 minutes from Smuggler's Notch. We did all of our cooking/eating in the house and were very pleased with new cookware and appliances...and the house was absolutely immaculate. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would absolutely recommend to others!
