Enjoy a relaxing getaway in Wine Country!

Hummingbird House is located within a private vineyard estate nestled in the scenic hills between Templeton and Paso Robles, in the heart of California's Central Coast wine country. A uniquely beautiful private setting with expansive lawn, a pond (under construction), lined with sycamore, and redwood trees.

This listing is for the main house with gated pool. There are two other units on the property, the upstairs guest studio and downstairs guest unit.

The property does have several security cameras - one at the main gate, one in the parking area behind the house, one above the barn and one inside the barn. They are not 24/7 monitored devices.

The perfect place to getaway! Wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee looking out at the pond, swans, and greenery. Hummingbird House is the perfect combination of being in the heart of wine country but close to downtown Paso, Atascadero and Templeton.
