Quiet, set back from the embankment, the beach at 300m, 2 steps from the city center, markets and shops, 5 minutes by bus from the station (stop at the foot of the building).



Magnificent view of the bay! There is nothing left to put your towel on the sand, change of scenery guaranteed .



Studio of 25 m² renovated and ideally located.

You will be charmed by the ocean view.

Close to sailing and surfing schools, 500m from the Arago market open 7days/7, 1000m from the pedestrian streets and its shops, the bike path "Vélodyssée" is at the foot of the building.

Quietly located on the 5th floor with elevator.
