We offer you this beautiful apartment on the 5th floor with elevator, which can accommodate up to 6 people.

It has a bright living room opening onto a balcony with a superb view of the bay of Les Sables d'Olonne.
A sofa bed, a TV and wifi are at your disposal.
You can also enjoy a large kitchen open to the living room, and fully equipped: oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer...
On the night side, it consists of a master bedroom with a 160x200 bed and an adjoining shower room.
A bedroom with 2 single beds, a second shower room and a separate toilet.

You will have a secure parking space.

Stay in Les Sables d’Olonne during February 2024

Our group of 3 adults enjoyed our almost 2-week stay in this well equipped apartment. The layout is good. The open kitchen, dining and living room is a nice space. The kitchen is functional. The two bathrooms each include an Italian style shower, a vanity with sink. The unique restroom is in a separate area. The beds are comfortable. There’s a lot of storage available in the various closets. We appreciated the view of the harbor entrance and bay even though the weather wasn’t nearly as nice as on the balcony picture. It’s a prime location in La Chaume, with easy access to the long jetty/breakwater and within easy walking distance of the small electric ferry to get across to Les Sables d’Olonne.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet appartement. Il est parfait en tous points : d'une propreté impeccable, très bien équipé et incroyablement confortable. Une escale de rêve...

Nous avons passé une semaine tout simplement magique chez François. Localisation idéale, à proximité du centre ville mais au calme et avec une vue imprenable sur le chenal et l'océan. Appartement très bien équipé, nous étions comme à la maison. Et la place de parking peut-être un vrai plus en haute saison. Mention spéciale pour Axelle, notre hôte 5*. Très bonne communication et accueil chaleureux, de quoi faire de ce séjour un succès. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

excellent état, vue sensationnelle, un seul WC, super encadrement par Axelle

L'appartement était récemment rénové et très bien équipé. Les salles de bain, la cuisine, les meubles ainsi que les objets d'ameublement existants étaient super. En cas de séjour à plusieurs, il faut tenir compte du fait qu'il y a certes deux salles de bains, mais un seul WC. L'espace de rangement est cependant un peu étroit et les parties communes de l'immeuble (en dehors de l'appartement) ont besoin d'être rénovées. Le balcon offre une excellente vue sur la plage des sables d'olonne et l'entrée du port. L'assistance d'Axelle était excellente et ponctuelle à tous points de vue. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Les Sables, c'était une première et nous sommes charmés. 2 semaines de repos. Quartier de la chaume très agréable et proche de tout. Belle première expérience aux Sables D’Olonne

Nous avons passé un super séjour ! L'appartement était impeccable, très bien équipé, décoration épurée et soignée ! Et une vue wow ! L'appartement était proche de tout, nous avons pu tout faire à pied, plein de possibilités de balades et beaucoup de bons restos!
