Little Lob Lolly of Point Clear

Little Lob Lolly is a pet friendly bedroom and bathroom with a shower only. It may not be a good fit for the elderly. It offers wifi, cable, new refrigerator, new keurig coffee maker, new electric tea pot, a few coffee and tea singles, a new air conditioner, starched white sheets with a fluffy white comforter and spread, plus plenty of fluffy white towels. This private comfortable room is located in our classy horse barn. It's squeaky clean, and has loads of charm.
The space
Little Lob Lolly is a 300 + square foot freshly painted suite with a Mexican tile floor and a private entrance. It does not have a kitchen. It is located in the barn and across from swanky horse stalls. It has WiFi and a flat screen tv that offers movie and sports channels. It is hard to believe that anyone would not consider this an amazing value.

Guest access
Guest can walk their dogs in the yard around the barn. Must not feed the horses or get into the pasture or stalls with them. Must stay on the north side of the driveway around the barn.

Other things to note
We are pet friendly, that means dogs and cats. If you have allergies to cats, dogs, horses, or pollen this is not a good match for you. We are a working barn in lovely Point Clear, Ala. We are close to Mobile Bay, bike trails, and fabulous golf courses.
We are 5 minutes from downtown Fairhope but 34-50 minutes
From Gulf Shores.

ABSOLUTELY NO CONSTANT BARKING WHILE YOU ARE GONE! Be sure your dog is not covered in mud or wet. Do not let your dog get on my bed.

My small apartment does not offer a washer and dryer or a kitchen. It is a 300 sq ft hotel room style pet friendly room - with plenty of parking in my barn. It is safe, clean, and quiet:)

The horses in the stable outside the front door made the stay extra special. Otherwise, it had everything you need: comfy bed, hot water, coffee maker. Not a luxurious place, but comfortable.

Mid-way between I-65 and the beaches of Orange and Gulf Shores, this part-converted barn studio is compact, clean, well-run, and good value, while Fairhope is a pretty little town with a range of dining options - don't tell everyone!

cups, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, wine opener, plastic and sandwich bags garbage bags, dawn and windex are in the closet on the right hand side. Toaster oven, microwave, toaster, coffee k cups, tea, and kuerig, plus dedicated electric tea ppt are on the refrigerator and the table beside it. Sorry you did not enjoy the little grooms room. Normally I keep the stall across from room empty but we had a wounded polo pony that needed TLC and stall rest and she was not happy to be separated from the herd. I do say in my ad that it is a working barn. The upstairs apt might be a better choice for you.
