At Book Montrose, we care about your experience and as such, we've outfitted this home with AMENITIES to make your stay luxurious and for you to feel right at home! In the kitchen, you'll find quartz countertops, stovetop, non-stick cookware (full set), Mocca Master drip coffee maker, toaster oven, Chef's cutting board and knife set and more. Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a large 75 in latest 4K roku smart TV in the living room, and a washer and dryer! Upstairs you will find a Twin over Queen bunk bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a King bedroom that features an ensuite bathroom and work station with monitor. Sleeping arrangements (5 people total): 1 BR upstairs with King bed + 1 BR upstairs with 2 twin beds.
Guest Access:
Free parking is available directly outside of the unit in the designated tenant parking sign spots. Please note there is a limit of 2 cars for the unit during your stay.
