I have designed this cottage (which I continue to enrich) to receive young and old, families and friends, in several universes so that you feel good! On holiday: a change of scenery guaranteed! With this great rental experience, these beautiful encounters, many came to visit the castle of Josselin, the Forest of Broceliande, the Lac au Duc, the beaches... and many were content to enjoy the tranquility of this estate while taking full advantage of the wide range of relaxation and leisure areas.

Indeed, this cottage composed of two terraced houses (one with red shutters and the other with green shutters) allows you to have 20 beds thanks to its 7 bedrooms (7 double beds + 4 single adult beds + 2 extra beds for children on request + 1 travel cot with all the childcare needs). I paid great attention to the bedding because I believe that sleeping well is part of the holidays. In addition to 7 bedrooms, you will have 3 bathrooms with walk-in showers or bathtub. In one of the bathrooms you will have a washing machine available. Having often rented cottages, I have often been disappointed by the smallness of the living spaces to accommodate large groups. That's why I wanted you to have 120m2 of living room: a small cosy living room of 20m2 composed of hundreds of books, sofas, armchairs, tables, 109cm TV, red cast iron stove with wood available with a view of the chapel; a small kitchen of 15m2 composed of electric hob, fridge freezer; a small dining room of 20m2 with a beautiful velvet table and chairs, two beautiful chesterfield wing chairs overlooking the wooded garden; a small office of 10m2 with toys and board games in the cottage with red shutters! And in the house with green shutters, rest assured, everything has been planned to accommodate all guests thanks to its large modern kitchen of 30m2 bright with its large window, with a single table of 20 seats, composed of a beautiful gas kitchen piano and an electric SMEG oven, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and many dishes and utensils (2 raclettes, coffee makers etc...). Next to this kitchen by a large opening of 2m a large living room with blue beams of 40m2 with many armchairs and sofas arranged around the beautiful green cast iron stove (wood provided) and its large plasma screen of 146cm! In short, with these almost 300m2 you will not be on top of each other in this cosy cottage where all the furniture has been, for pleasure, patiently hunted for two years. It is clear that you will be transported into my world and that I hope you will appreciate it!

This cottage has 1000m2 of adjoining garden totally enclosed for the safety of your children. In these gardens a huge terrace of 50m2 will accommodate the whole group around its living room. There is also a 12m2 room totally dedicated to the 3-seater jacuzzi (in high quality wood) with a bright night spot atmosphere around its minibar and its professional massage table! Relaxation and relaxation guaranteed! From May to September or from April to October following the Breton sun, a beautiful swimming pool of 4m in diameter by 1.20m high will be installed on its small terrace. With its solar bubble tarpaulin, its many fries and buoys I assure you that children or big children you will all go to refresh yourself or have fun!
Not far from this swimming pool two barbecues will be at your disposal, as well as in a room of the cottage, all the necessary deckchairs, deckchairs, parasols, cushions, chairs and garden tables.
