The meadow of Varengeville is a verdant countryside location 1.5 km from the village centre, very peaceful.
Three houses succeed each other along the path crossing the meadow.
The house at the top is called "the House of Small Heathers". It can accommodate up to 8 people, 6 in the main house and 2 in the small barn opposite.
The middle house is Marguerite's House (another rental for 6 or 7 people). Then at the bottom, there is a house occupied all year round.
The plant space is entirely open, thus offering a beautiful perspective on the valley. Each house has its privacy and a very large garden without overlooking neighbours.
The House of Small Heathers, an old longère, entirely renovated, has, on the day side, a beautiful living space made of a lounge with a large fireplace (wood provided), and a dining room, separated by old half-timbered walls, stripped of their wattle and daub. Then a functional kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and vitroceramic hob, microwave, double sink, dishwasher, washing machine, classic filter coffee maker and capsule coffee maker.
On the night side, the corridor first serves 2 bedrooms (one with 2 beds of 90 x 200 cm, and one with 2 beds of 80 x 190 cm and a child bed from 1 to 3 years + baby chair) and 1 bathroom (with shower and WC) and at the end a large bedroom (bed 180 x 200 cm) with its private shower room (+WC). All bedrooms open onto the garden and the terrace equipped with table and chairs for breakfast and deckchairs. A ping-pong table and a swing are available for the pleasure of young and old.
The barn opposite has a small lounge on the ground floor, and a bedroom upstairs with a bed of 140 x 190 cm (WC and washbasin).
Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.
Private parking for 2 cars inside the property.
Access to Varengeville beach is on foot, via a beautiful 20 to 30 minute walk through the village and woods.
Pets not allowed.
