Condo at Fairway Woods, perfect home base for ski season! ☃️🏂

READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING

Come relax at our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo and enjoy the views of the Devils Knob Golf Course! This condo sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. The main level features 2 bedrooms-one bedroom has a queen bed and a twin, the other has a full sized bed in addition to a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full bed on the bottom. Both bedrooms have their own TV's. The first bedroom is equipped with TV-plus. The second bedroom is not equipped with cable but a Wii U is available for game play making this room great for the kids! The second level features the master suite and offers a comfy king sized bed, it's own TV and an en-suite bathroom! The bathrooms have been recently updated for a more modern feel. All of our guests are supplied with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and trash bags.

Our open floor plan will make you feel right at home. The kitchen is well stocked making cooking and dining a breeze! There is a wood burning fire place in the living room and wood is regularly stocked mid-October through mid- March. We are located within walking distance of the Nature Foundation and hiking trails. Skiing, tubing and shopping are located within a 10 minute drive of the condo.

Please note: We are not considered "Resort Members" so you will not have access to The Devils Grill, Devils Knob Golf Course or the Wintergarden Spa. You may be able to book a spa treatment to access the indoor pool etc. but we HIGHLY recommend checking with the resort directly to confirm.

Guests will have access to the Chestnut Springs and Rodes Farm outdoor pools from 2PM to 6PM. (Memorial Day Weekend-Labor Day Weekend). A valid I.D. will be required for access. Lake Monocan is also available on Sundays, Tuesday-Friday. Check the WPOA website for hours and pricing.

Off the mountain, enjoy the many local breweries, wineries and restaurants - Devils Backbone, Wild Wolf Brewery, Bold Rock, Giuseppe's Restaurant to name a few. There is also a grocery store, ABC Store, and Dollar General in Nellysford.

The condo was great! Everything was very clean and the space was great out for our 2 families. We ate all of our meals at the condo and we loved the well stocked kitchen! There were plenty of kitchen tools and dishes. The location was also great for getting to/from Wintergreen for skiing.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at this home with friends. The condo had everything we needed to celebrate comfortable, it was cozy, well-equipped with kitchen appliances, and the pantry was thoughtfully stocked. We especially loved the fireplace, which made the space feel warm and inviting. We would absolutely love to come back someday!

Loved the layout of the condo with bedrooms on the main floor for the kids and a wonderful master suit upstairs. Couldn’t get the family room tv to work but we didn’t need it as the kids were snowboarding. The Carters were quick to respond when the code to the ski closet wasn’t working. Condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect Location

My group consisted of 8 people and this condo was perfect for us! We attended an all day event at Devil's Backbone, and this is only a short drive away. It was very cozy, and surprisingly very spacious and comfortable for our group. Check-in was easy, and honestly check-out was one of the easiest we've experienced in a while (the hosts only request a few very minor things before you leave, unlike other hosts we have stayed with!). I would definitely recommend staying here, whether for a group or a couple!

Comfy and Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit! The home had a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. We also appreciated how comfortable the beds were in each room. The unit felt spacious and the layout allowed privacy in each room. The kitchen was well stocked and I loved the view of the golf course. It was easy access to the ski slopes and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Communication with host was great and we really had no complaints!

“Fall” Family hiking trip

This cozy condo is well maintained and wonderfully decorated. It was perfect for our 6 adults and 4 children ranging from 2-9. The bedrooms were perfectly configured for families. The brand new deck was awesome for a stargazing. A big thank you to the owners/ property manager who went above and beyond with their kitchen pantry that provided a forgotten essential for our dinner. We will definitely recommend your lovely home and hope to make a return visit.

College Move-in Weekend and Winery Stay

We stayed here with 3 college-bound teens, moving them into James Madison University and University of Virginia. Wintergreen was a great hub for us all to meet before and after move-in, and convenient to the winery needed afterwards! We loved our stay, and the weather up there was 12 degrees cooler than Charlottesville. We’ll be back!

Lovely condo! Great ambiance, cosey family room and wood fire place. Master bedroom is wonderful, huge comfortable bed and pillows. Vaulted ceilings and skylights give a spa like feel. Bathrooms well stocked with essentials, including soap, body wash, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, towels. Bathrooms recently redone. Kitchen well stocked, including many pantry essentials, and refrigerated condiments. Best supplied rental I've been in. Only comment is that the kitchen could do with a little refurbishment. 😊
