Beware the Misleading Description, Bullet Points and Photos

The property is listed as a cottage when in fact it's an apartment, with another apartment below. It is also listed as having Games Room, Gym and Sauna, these are in fact within the hosts property about 40m away. On using the Sauna I was informed there would be a 10 Euro charge, no mention of this either at check in or on the listing. The Sauna was then locked for rest of our stay. There is also no mention of the hosts property being within the "Parklike Gardens" and that rooms are let out to other people in this property, so not exactly private. When we complained to the host about this, their reaction was to not clean the swimming pool that they had previously cleaned everyday, this resulted in my daughter becoming ill for the last 2 days of our stay. Had we known all of this prior to booking we would not have booked.

Vi var seks voksne afsted og vi havde en rigtig dejlig ferie i huset. Poolen brugte vi flittigt og det var dejligt, at vi var heldige at have den for os selv. Vi brugte spillerummet nogle få gange. Det var dejligt, at der var gasgrill, så det var nemt at lave mad hjemme. Byen er i gå afstand, men man skal være opmærksom på, at det er en stejl tur derop med stien, men det var intet problem. Udlejer, som bor i huset på samme grund som Monet, var meget venlig og tjenstvillig - ex. som da vi løb tør for gas til grillen, kom manden straks med en ny flaske. Ellers mærkede vi intet til at udlejer boede på samme grund, så vi kommer gerne igen.
