Swimming pool, ocean and lounging under the pines at Open Sud.

A 10-minute walk from the ocean, the magnificent Open Sud residence offers everything you could dream of to enjoy a pleasant holiday.

You have a large swimming pool and a jacuzzi in a green and flowery setting very well maintained.

The residence is very popular with families, especially for its calm and its proximity to everything on foot or by bike; Supermarket, restaurants, bike paths, beach, markets and all summer activities.

Close to the golf course, the geographical location of the residence is ideal for golfers.

The beaches of the Landes coast are long and magnificent for long walks or horseback rides.

The apartment is a T3 located on the ground floor and enjoys an exceptional view of the garden and the swimming pool.

It was completely renovated and decorated in 2022 and continues to be sublimated over the years.

It consists of a living room with a very comfortable new sofa bed, a TV cabinet, a coffee table and a TV (via TNT / internet box), a loggia equipped with a dining table and its 6 chairs facing the superb garden.

The kitchen is new and very well equipped Nothing is missing. The coffee maker is a Nespresso.

You will benefit from a large storage cupboard in the entrance with an integrated washing machine.

A 1st bedroom benefits from a large closet and a double bed (160 * 200).

A 2nd bedroom, smaller, is equipped with a bunk bed and a single fitted closet.

The toilet is separate. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink and a bathtub with storage.

A private parking space is available.

Access via a gate on the car park side allows you to quickly reach the centre.

As an option, you can benefit from the rental of household linen;

Nice week in the Open Sud

Nice location and perfect place for a week of surf lessons with the familiy (with 2 teenagers). Kitchen is well equipped but there are also plenty restaurants around. The shutters from the bedrooms need a check. Beds were a little hard for us but it was ok. Nice view on the garden and the swimming pool is there as well for a refreshing dive. Nature around Molliet-et-Maa is also beautiful for walking, running or cycling. We loved the beach which is very clean and on good walking distance from the apartment.

Für Familie mit 3 Kindern (2 davon volljährig) mit Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer von der Größe ausreichend. Insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Auch sehr gepflegte Apartmentanlage. Der Pool war sehr angenehm und zumindest morgens und abends war es auch gut möglich ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Der Hauptstrand war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, auch der ruhigere Strand (Chênes-Lièges) ist (quer über den Golfplatz) gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (ca. 1,5 km). Zum Bäcker in Moliets Plage ca 600m, zum besseren Bäcker ca. 3km mit dem Rad. Überhaupt schöne Radtouren und Jogging Runden als Alternative zum Strand möglich (durch die Brandgefahr aktuell aber etwas eingeschränkt). Die Kommunikation mit Stefanie vor Ort war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. In der Anlage viele Familien mit Kindern, die im Innenhof und um den (umzäunten) Pool herum unkompliziert Spielen konnten. Trotzdem aber nicht zu laut. Insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Danke !!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de M et Mme KLOTZ.Le logement est idéalement situé : piscine de la résidence à quelques mètres et accès aux différentes plages de Moliets en moins de 10 minutes à pieds.La place de parking dans la résidence est également un plus.L'environnement est calme et les autres residents sont respectueux des lieux.Concernant le logement plus précisément : il est très bien équipé et confortable, tout est présent pour passer de bonnes vacances. Les pièces rénovées sont modernes et l'on s'y sent bien. La chasse des toilettes est quelque peu défaillante cependant et la serpillière n'est pas très pratique d'utilisation.Pour ce qui est de la procédure d'arrivée/départ, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Stéphanie qui est réactive aux messages et appels. Elle a également été arrangeante pour nous permettre de partir de nuit lors de notre départ.Pour résumer, nous avons passé un séjour reposant et confortable, même notre chien était ravis . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Tout s'est très bien déroulé du début à la fin. Dans la pièce principale, un panneau en bois gravé affichait toutes les indications utiles, avec un programme que nous avons suivi à la lettre. Cela nous a permis de découvrir facilement l'ensemble des activités proposées ainsi que toutes les plages des environs.L'ambiance générale était vraiment conviviale et dynamique, ce qui a beaucoup plu à toute la famille, petits et grands. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter pour des vacances en famille !

Die Wohnung war schön, geputzt und es war alles nötige vorhanden. Auch der Pool war sehr sauber und wurde von uns regelmässig genutzt.Wir waren zu viert, zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder, für zwei Wochen in der Wohnung und können diese weiterempfehlen. Der Host hat innert sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert.

Bien mais non "entièrement rénové"

Logement spacieux, bien situé, dans un cadre agréable, mais au tarif nettement surévalué. Les rénovations ne sont pas terminées, en particulier, la cuisine. Des odeurs d'égouts signalées à notre arrivée, effectivement présentes tous les matins.

Bonjour, nous avons fait venir un plombier après votre séjour qui a résolu ce problème d'odeur. Concernant la cuisine, elle vient d'être refaite à neuf et a été agrandie pour être conviviale et fonctionnelle.
