Perfect place in an artsy area, easy to access grocery store, restaurants, to the hwy.Relaxing backyard.Parking is a premium in this neighborhood, but the property has a single car driveway, could possibly accommodate 2 mid-size cars

House was big enough for what we needed. Lots of open space and natural light. Bathrooms were updated. Had extra amenities in the kitchen which was nice. I’m from the area and was hosting friends so the location was great for doing what we wanted to in town.
